I see coriander in the recipe and it makes a Great Flavor that is ALWAYS a winner.
as for the ingredient in the Original or NOT is NOT this test you want to compare volume of spices range NOT ingredients

deepfriednew101, I attempted to design a sane offshoot of Winston Shelton logic by which to evolve a recipe which I think is overboard in many ways, yet is still potentially capable of both tasting good and evolving the elusive note. It's more ingredient heavy than my experience calls for, and at the same time likely less ingredient heavy than you might call for. I'm at about a 32 Oz. bag level, whereas you might be at about a 70 - 80 Oz. bag level. As flg stated, this recipe is at about the 60 Oz. bag level, and thus it should be leaning in your favor.

where there is a difference is I may mix 100grams of a Total recipe IT DOES NOT mean I will use 100grams in the recipe.
The amount of the Spice mixed with the flour becomes subjective to the Mix that is made.
EVERYONE seems to think that C.H.S. always mixed a set dump 1 bag of seasoning into a set 18 20 25 LBS bag of flour NO THAT DID NOT HAPPEN.
C.H.S. used a portion amount of seasoning, and portion amount of salt, to set flour.
Winston made reference to a 100gram recipe, BUT NO WHERE DID HE SAY FOR WHAT AMOUNT OF FLOUR.

If it matters, 1.4 grams of table sugar is closer to 2 grams of Dextrose as to sweetness than is 1.33 grams. A very minor revision...

I agree that Winston Shelton never revealed the amount of flour into which to add the 100 grams. He never mentioned salt either.
