Smallgree
New Age is Changing the Recipe and the items in recipes are ONES they have added to many different Recipe they call 11 Herbs and Spices
So they do the 1/2 Truth Game that I'm sure they rely upon so they stay out of trouble.
I had a Lawyer once tell me if it was not for 1/2 Truths He would be out of business ?

Smallgree Don't Make sense which goes against the KFC NEW AGE BS that Only Two people know the Recipe.
By now the Two people who would have know the Recipe in 1985 are Long retired and or deceased

The one thing I am certain of is that the ingredients in the 11 vials are not the EXACT ingredients supposedly given to Winston Shelton.

Since we are speculating at this point as to what the sketches may represent. I wanted to add a couple things to think about. For now the only item as per the last photo edit by @11serbs that I may twist a bit is peppercorns back to allspice. In doing so, if you feel salt and pepper were not in the "11" then this would allow this speculation.
I used cardamom around 5 cooks ago. So I went back to some work I had saved at the time and remembered the Jolly Chef 99x-x recipe. It stands out to me for 3 reasons. Firstly it like Glen and both his "sources" defined 3 grinds of black pepper. Secondly it is one of the only commercial KFC like products to call Cardamom on the packaging. Thirdly, not far off Glen's weight list if you consider Glen's one recipe to be heavy allspice. And Jolly uses allspice and clove and cinnamon.
Jolly 99x-x
Black Pepper (Powder) Black Pepper (Cranked) Black Pepper (Ground) White Pepper Ginger Garlic Coriander Cardamom Thyme Sage Cinnamon Clove Allspice
Glen stated both sources used Marjoram. And I figure that this is one ingredient I feel is missing from Jolly Chef. And I have personally not liked cinnamon in combination with allspice. If I was going to try reproducing Jolly Chef. I would be using Nutmeg/Mace in place of cinnamon.
All three of this KFC commercial recipes seem to be missing any form of a red pepper and Nutmeg/Mace. Which to me should not be left out. The above plus Glen's may help in organizing perhaps weights of each of these. I will agree White Pepper was listed first early on. But we aren't sure what happened since with any pepper extract(s)

Based on the above and if I was putting something together that fit the napkin, Glen and Jolly Chef. Based on some of my own experiments with weights for ingredients. I may order it something like this:
White Pepper Black Pepper (Powder) Black Pepper (Cracked) Black Pepper (Ground) Coriander Ginger Sage Thyme Marjoram Cardamom Allspice Nutmeg cayenne pepper Garlic Powder Clove

Now compare this analysis with that of the Japanese photo.

I bought some higher quality, organic real Ceylon Cinnamon the other day. It has got a noticeable citrus smell to it and performed very well in fried chicken. I haven't done any silver-like chemical analysis yet, but I could imagine how orange peel would be able to enhance and upgrade Allspice much closer to proper Cinnamon. It makes perfect sense to me. Regards.
