Very interesting. This would rule out rosemary and thyme for me. Here is my guess:
1 SAGE Since we all know it's part of the 11, this one would be my choice. 2 NUTMEG Certain. Mace would be the shell, which is not being depicted. But still possible. 3 GINGER Certain 4 BASIL Only herb I know with a very obvious curved form. 5 GARLIC Certain 6 STAR ANIS I am very sure this is an illustration of star anis seeds. The shiny spot distinguishes them from cardamom or peppercorn 7 SAVORY Not too sure, but the slightly pointed tip might be a hint. 8 MARJORAM Long, almost naked stem and only few leaves. Should be Marjoram. But also typical for some oregano varieties like Mexican oregano. 9 BLACK PEPPER Very sure about this 10 CORIANDER LEAF Instead of the seed, they chose to illustrate the leaf to make it harder for us 11 CINNAMON Would have been far too easy to tell by the shape, so I believe they left it out
Regards, Dennis

Sorry, marjoram and savory were switched. Maybe someone more knowledgeable is able to delete the first graphic.

This is the story behind the napkin. There's a Japanese Glen called Gen who spent three years recreating the recipe. The napkin appears in his Video. Even in better quality. grapee.jp/en/162159

70 grams of Glutamic Acid Powder? Note that Glutamic Acid is not MSG. MSG is a salt of Glutamic Acid. Someone needs to check the translation. Glutamic Acid may be dangerous stuff.
But, if it proves to be MSG, he is adding 70 grams of it to 360 grams of flour!!!
What is Unsalted chicken extract powder?
