Or it might be: 20 Black & White Pepper (12 Black/8 White) 13 Coleman's Mustard Powder 10 MSG 7 Coriander 7 Ginger 7 Allspice 6 Celery Salt (vegetable) 6 Garlic Salt (vegetable) 6 Onion Salt (vegetable) 6 Paprika 3 Sage 3 Savory 3 Thyme 3 Marjoram Upon review, I'm sort of leaning toward this one now. (I.E., the one I've quoted above) Again, with the potential that Mustard and MSG might be 'gram' flipped.

Here it is, scaled down to 200 grams of flour:

Please Take the M.S.G. out of the 100%
add the 1.6g to the 100% value of 11 Spices and Herbs
Salt and M.S.G. were never a Factor in the 100% and loosing 1.6 grams is LOTS in reference to the Flavor in a Spice or Herb at LOW level
The M.S.G. increases Flavor Profile BUT ONLY if it's there to START WITH.

Scaled back up it might look "roughly" more like this now:
10 Cups Cake Flour 2/3 Cup Flour (Baker's) Salt 5 Teaspoons MSG --------------------- 20.0 grams Black & White Pepper (12g. Black, 8g. White) 13.0 grams Coleman's Mustard Powder 10.0 grams Coriander 8.00 grams Ginger 7.50 grams Allspice 7.50 grams Paprika 7.00 grams Celery Salt (vegetable) 7.00 grams Garlic Salt (vegetable) 7.00 grams Onion Salt (vegetable) 3.25 grams Sage 3.25 grams Savory 3.25 grams Thyme 3.25 grams Marjoram
Sum below the dashed line = 100 grams

Might 6 teaspoons (or 2 Tablespoons) of MSG be about "two handfuls" in the mind of CHS?

Final Winston Shelton answer? 10 US Cups Cake Flour (level, as scooped into cup, not as sifted into cup) 3/4 US Cup Flour (Baker's) Salt (not table salt*) 2 US Tablespoons MSG (level) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- 20.0 grams Black & White Pepper (12g. Black, 8g. White) 13.0 grams Paprika 12.0 grams Coriander 10.0 grams Coleman's Mustard Powder 8.00 grams Allspice 7.00 grams Ginger 6.00 grams Celery Salt (vegetable) 6.00 grams Garlic Salt (vegetable) 6.00 grams Onion Salt (vegetable) 3.00 grams Sage 3.00 grams Savory 3.00 grams Thyme 3.00 grams Marjoram Sum below the dashed line = 100 grams
Will coat ~100 mixed pieces of Chicken.
*If all you have is Table Salt, then measure out 2/3 US Cup (before grinding), then grind it as fine as you can.
Edit: My initial guess is that Coleman's Mustard Powder is about 50% Brown Mustard Powder (Chinese Hot Mustard) and 50% White Mustard Powder (also known as Yellow Mustard Powder).

For 2 US Cups of Cake Flour, add 20 grams of the 100 gram seasoning mix (below the dashed line), plus 37.5 grams of Salt, and 5 grams of MSG.
For 1.6 US Cups (1.5 Metric Cups, or ~200 grams) of flour, add 16 grams of the 100 gram seasoning mix (below the line), plus 30 grams of Salt, and 4 grams of MSG.

A Tip when Grinding Spice or Herbs
Use a Pulsing method to grind the items which keep the machine cooler and Do Not over heat the items inside.
when finished clean the machine by grinding salt on Pulse and place that in a container and use it until a fine confectionary salt is desired and you will have flavor in that salt from the spices and herbs.
I know some have said that Over heating the spices and herbs are impossible THEY have NOT used a infer thermal reader on the spice machine or the spices and herbs to check heat within a mini grinder or blender high speed coffee grinder THEY GET HOT
