Once again it winds up being the case that CHS initially forgot to tell Winston Shelton about adding Paprika. Either that or White Pepper.

Everything below the dashed line sums to 16 grams, implying 32 ounce bag compliance.
Paprika and Crushed Red Chili Pepper Flakes = Red Peppers = One ingredient

The original Red Pepper may have been a Hungarian Paprika, with a Scoville heat level similar to my Sweet Paprika plus Pizza Pepper Flakes.

Crushed Red Chili Pepper Flakes (other than McCormick, which are ~4,000 SHU) are typically about 15,000 Scoville Heat Units (SHU).
1.6 grams x ~15,000 = ~24,000
Cayenne Pepper is typically ~40,000 Scoville.
24,000/40,000 x 1.6 grams ~= 1 gram of Cayenne Pepper
So if you don't have 1.6 grams of 15,000 Scoville Crushed Red Chili Pepper Flakes on hand you can try adding a gram of Cayenne Pepper instead.
