Sums to 18.02 grams below the dashed line. Scales to a 36 ounce bag. If you make up 100 grams, add 18 grams to 200 grams of cake flour and 28.5 grams of salt.
Or add 20 grams to 200 grams of cake flour and 28.5 grams of salt whereby to zing it (which will yield 5 batches).

Alternate: 1,250 grams AP Flour 180 grams Flour Salt --------------------------------------- 30.00 grams Black Pepper(s) [1] 20.00 grams White Pepper [2] 13.00 grams MSG [12] 10.00 grams Coriander [3] 8.00 grams Ginger [4] 7.00 grams Allspice [5] 4.00 grams Sage [6] 3.00 grams Anise Seed 7] 2.00 grams Savory [8] 1.00 grams Rosemary [9] 1.00 grams Mace [10] 1.00 grams Garlic Powder [11] Sum below the dashed line = 100 grams
Edit: Between the two, my bet is on this one.

1,250 grams AP Flour 180 grams Flour Salt 13.00 grams MSG [12] --------------------------------------- 30.00 grams Black Pepper(s) [1] 20.00 grams White Pepper [2] 10.00 grams Coriander [3] 8.00 grams Ginger [4] 7.00 grams Allspice [5] 4.00 grams Sage [6] 3.00 grams Anise Seed 7] 2.00 grams Savory [8] 1.00 grams Rosemary [9] 1.00 grams Mace [10] 1.00 grams Garlic Powder [11]
87.00 grams of Spices and Herbs
Personally I would that the MSG 13g Move the % out of the 100% Total for the 11 Herbs and Spices Winston said 11 Total 100 NOT 12 items
EVERY cooking we have made a 1g of Spice and Herbs DO ZERO NOTING TO Flavor at a 3% you have some Flavor (ONLY MY EXPERIENCE)
30.00 grams Black Pepper(s) [1] 20.00 grams White Pepper [2] 13.00 grams Coriander [3] 10.00 grams Ginger [4] 6.00 grams Allspice [5] 6.00 grams Sage [6] 3.00 grams Anise Seed 7] 3.00 grams Savory [8] 3.00 grams Rosemary [9] 3.00 grams Mace [10] 3.00 grams Garlic Powder [11]
ONLY MY OPIONION

deepfriednew101, I have raised Coriander to the relative level that you suggest above in the past and the nuttiness was excessive.

With many situations your Coriander may be little different then the stuff, we use and taste preference may vary.

CHS gave Shelton the recipe in the summer of 1974. I maintain it's highly likely it wasn't the one he sold in 1964. I suspect an MK variant. As he had been using that version in the countries he had left since the mid-late 60's.
