I've never used Sumac. Is it true that it tastes something like spiced lemon juice? Sichuan is also in the citrus category.

There is no alspice in KFC O.R. There is Ceylon cinnamon, paprika, Sichuan pepper, and sumac. They're what gives The O.R. their sweetness You said there was no cinnamon, now you are saying there is ceylon cinnamon?? you clearly have not made your mind up on ingredients, but claim you "100% cracked it" Ceylon cinnamon doesn't work in it, too mild. Absolutely Allspice is in the recipe btw.

Absolutely Allspice is in the recipe btw. Yes there is no cinnamon "regular" But there is Ceylon. It's different. There is also herbs de provence . Which is why people think savory is used alone by CHS . But in reality he used it in a blend . Try the blend in your next recipe and tell me what you think

Boldly claiming there was no Cinnamon and Savory/Oregano, but then say the exact opposite in the form of 'Ceylon' Cinnamon and 'Herbes de Provence', is not just playing with semantics. It is misleading and insincere to say the least.
I fully supported your decision of not sharing your recipe. But I am done with you now. Nothing is more important to me than sincerity and integrity. Be it in real life or anywhere else. God is watching. Be a man.

By French law, Herbs de Provence must be 19% thyme, 27% rosemary, 27% savory, and 27% oregano. Anywhere else it can contain just about anything, and often contains (in addition to the above) Fennel, Tarragon, Bay, Marjoram, Basil, and Lavender. Thus Herbs de Provence is essentially whatever one wants it to be. It is a fraudulent ingredient suggestion.
