for some reason I was Drawn to the 2nd one first ?

You know I will being doing a split cook off either was of might just do recipe a against recipe B
I have some Non Marinated Chicken to use up, either was I can do multiple test.
We have 500Lbs of Injected Brine Chicken being delivered Monday and samples dropped tomorrow.

I have Made a slight adjustment to a Version 2a
Pimento Jamaican was added to Our Version 2a
Pimento aka Allspice is a 100% Correct ingredient in the KFC Original with Sage, Pepper, Ginger,
I will put a posting out regarding Something NO ONE has ever spoke about ON ANY FORUM and C.H.S. except what I have posted previous.

There is no alspice in KFC O.R.
There is Ceylon cinnamon, paprika, Sichuan pepper, and sumac. They're what gives The O.R. their sweetness

I just visited a website which indicates that Sumac goes well with Allspice. But I have to admit that using Clove, Nutmeg, Mace, and Cinnamon works better than using Allspice, and Allspice is not necessary. Despite popular claims that Allspice tastes like a blend of Clove, Nutmeg, Mace, and Cinnamon, in my opinion it doesn't. Either that, or its ratios of these flavors is off base. |
