Again, why is 99-X brown instead of gray?

Currently the Bags have different value compared to each other in comparison
Which is why we are currently doing another Bag Break down at this time
One Bag has Much more Red Tone then the other bag which is a Grey Tone
From the Bags we have been able to determine these Items as positive in the different bags. THESE ARE BAGS OF SPICE from 2020-2021 Time period from different countries
Currently different countries are using different Granular sizes of Ingredients which includes different Grinds of Pepper also
Black Pepper White Pepper
Cayenne
Chilli Flake residual Chilli Powder Cinnamon Clove Garlic & Onion Ginger Mustard Paprika Red Pepper Rosemary

The issue also is the Extra Fine Powder is giving a more difficult time to determine.
KFC Original Recipe had Mustard & Celery BUT the current Bags it is so meniscal under 3% amounts and so fine its impossible to scale out
sorry when typed above cut out celery somehow
Black Pepper White Pepper
Cayenne Celery Chilli Flake residual Chilli Powder Cinnamon Clove Garlic & Onion Ginger Mustard Paprika Red Pepper Rosemary

I've posted this many times. Look at Marion Kay's herb and spice photos. They are all brownish. They present color altered photos to deter visual identification. Now why would they do that? Did KFC let them off the hook from any monetary damages? As LBJ once said of his enemies, "I like to keep......(their)..... balls in my back pocket".

smallgree 1000% correct Marion Kay Bill S had NO choice but change the Formula CHS was Dead and Bill had NO leverage and could NOT win against KFC NEW AGE.
KFC NEW AGE had the power over the Franchises and Had the full Ownership to the Original 11 Spices and Herbs sold by CHS. While CHS was alive he HAD Brown and Massey by the Balls as he could Prove that they Changed the recipe with Marion Kays Chicken Seasoning as the comparison.
Bill S. In court said that EVERY AND ALL competent spice companies could recreate the Original 11 Spices and Herbs No different then He had FOR CHS NOT BROWN AND MASSEY.
Bill S openly stated which was spoke to by JR of Marion Kay in later years that They had ONCE recreated the Original Spice and Herbs and NOW they have 99x which is like KFC.
Bill S when alive USE to Say its equal to the 11 Original Spices and Herbs he was CLEAR it was Equal to. After the court case was settled out of court Bill Changed the ingredient's.

Here's a better image of the old 99X bag for your records.

Another 99-X-Like guess:
My 99-X-Like guess:
200.g. Cake Flour 30.0g. Salt ------------------ 3.00g. White Pepper 2.50g. Black Pepper (Medium Coarse) 2.50g. MSG 0.75g. Garlic Salt 0.75g. Sage 0.75g. Allspice 0.75g. Tabasco or Cayenne Pepper 0.75g. Coriander Seed 0.1875g. Mace 0.1875g. Nutmeg 0.1875g. Thyme 0.1875g. Marjoram

I'm favoring the second guess due to more nuttiness character.
Edit: I'm also favoring Tabasco Pepper over Cayenne due to flavorful vs. neutral heat.

My 99-X-Like clone as zinged by precisely a multiplicative factor of 1-1/3:
200.g. Cake Flour 30.0g. Salt -------------------------- 4.00g. White Pepper 3.33g. Black Pepper (Medium Coarse) 3.33g. MSG 1.00g. Garlic Salt 1.00g. Sage 1.00g. Allspice 1.00g. Tabasco or Cayenne Pepper 1.00g. Coriander Seed 0.25g. Mace 0.25g. Nutmeg 0.25g. Thyme 0.25g. Marjoram
Many people say that 99-X is very weak and needs to be zinged.
