My comment with the Post
I don't think the Original Recipe Aroma contributes more than 20-30 % of the overall KFC Aroma, even these numbers may look on the upper limits when you imagine how much Potato, Crispy, Hot Wings, Strips, Biscuits, Zinger, Burgers being also cooked there.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND I ONLY disagree with this for the PRINCIPLE of the OLD KFC Aroma and when KFC was more simple a ONE TRICK PONY serving KFC CHICKEN and Sides BEFORE ALL THE NEW AGE ADD-ONS. THE AROMA WAS MORE INTENSE cooking the CHICKEN. Yes the Air Make-up units were NOT of 2022 standards. THE AROMA was from CHICKEN DEEP FRIED and OIL.
AS for the CURRENT KFC it's MORE AROMA ENHANCERS in the Seasoning. Compare Popeye's, Mary Brown's and Church's Chicken or ANY OTHER CHICKEN FRYER Franchise ALL FRY CHICKEN AND TENDERS PLUS MANY OTHER ITEMS and DO NOT have a Depth of AROMA. They have a Cooked chicken aroma BUT NOT a KFC AROMA.
KFC has to add aroma enhancers with there Spices and Herbs or they would have Chicken which smells like the OTHER Franchises in Principle.
IF you can Burn a Fire Log in your Fireplace and the House smells like KFC while your cooking Beef or Pork the KFC FIRE LOG will over aroma the Cooking Beef or Pork.
KFC seasoning of 2022 has a Aroma Enhancer infused in the Seasoning and its listed under the Natural Spice in countries. There was 1 country that Labeled it as a Aroma Modifier or Enhancer, in the Off Processed Items made.
My comment and thoughts are that and as others open to valued discussion.
