alright this is it! I’m not gonna change my flour mix! I achieved the soft textured original recipe chicken crust! no mustard and celery this time! it’s a combination of flours, and many other complimentary ingredients.

whatever I do and this is several times now. My seasoning’s color stays the same, the scent stays the same, the flavor stays the same. like KFC. THIS SEASONING CONTAINS LOTS OF ALLERGENS (mustard and celery) and lots of coriander. all those yellows. but my seasoning stayed greyish

Here’s the ingredients of Lay’s Chips KFC Original Recipe Flavour. I found it in a Saudi Arabian website that are blocked shortly thereafter but not blocked enough to appear in google images. they showed their contempt for america so much that they showed half of the recipe lol 😂 and the combinations is pretty close to my recipe that nailed the note

have you guys ever wondered why KFC chicken coating stays soft emulsified crispy even after two days in the fridge?
despite all that potato starch or rice flour or cake flour or whatever. your chicken coating became soggy and becomes a regular fried chicken like everybody else. despite the pressure frying.
I have an idea which is never done before in this proboard. I’m going to do something in the chicken meat itself.

I have lots of people saying that summer savory is very far forward in flavor compared to thyme. so
summer savory is stronger than thyme and winter savory.
the internet folks got it backwards. winter savory is calmer and more subdued. summer is the strongest and more peppery.
same goes allspice. many people say cloves is stronger but after several trials. allspice is more woody and flavorful

i think the 11 herbs and spices of the colonel is made up of exotic spices or at least contain one that is so exotic that it wasn’t found in anyone’s household.
a tv show about the KFC and the life of colonel sanders told us that he and his daughter sought out that “one magic ingredient”.
and an old KFC commercial where the Colonel himself admitted that his fried chicken is a bit more expensive than the usual but adamantly said that it was worth the buck. So my instinct tells me that he used extremely expensive ingredients.
We’ve been using common household spices but still wasn’t able to come close. even dustin’s or earls aren’t cutting it.
There is something exotic in the Colonel’s seasoning. Not all of them but atleast One specific ingredient made the difference.
