I'm still waiting on a readable and fully comprendable 99-X clone recipe guess from you. Something to validate your presence here, and to make me believe that the other forum was wrong in booting you out. How many non-disclosure agreements do you have with Marion Kay, who by your own admission has zero presence in Canada?
The 99-X jug weighs 25 ounces. Present a recipe that sums to 25 ounces. It can't be all that difficult. I'm not asking for their recipe. I'm merely asking four your rendition or take of/on their recipe.

Just So Your Clear I Do Not Base things on a 25, 25 32 4o Oz recipe
Bill Marion Kay and Other Spice Companies who I deal with ALL base Mixtures on Scale weight to a 100% value plus or minus .01 or .02
You can what you want with the Break Down when presented from a % value of Items
Tommy S Recipe is Based on % NOT 25 or 26 Oz
The Original is NOT based on 25 26 32 or 40 Oz its measures By Portion Amounts
So Do Not expect a 25Oz recipe as I Do Not work with that and Neither Does Any Spice Company
also the Marion kay 99-x is NOT 11 Ingredients it's 12

Oh no we are back to 100% of 100 is the key to ALL spice manufactures. Which we would learn if we all CALLED them like he did.
Next week when I am less busy. I will call Marion Kay and ask them about you and any non-disclosure that mat exist. Now before you go saying it was an agreement with Bill, I will try to remember to ask how long they would go back to.
I will also ask why no Canadian distribution as I am willing to take that on for them. If the money is there.

I would Tell you BUT I have a NON Disclosure with CFIA when I worked for them and was 101 Years Old BUT luck for you you can contact Them and ask questions They Have Office in N.S. and N.B. and Eastern Canada so people in Eastern Canada can Get the Answers easy For those questioning the healthiness of fried chicken, take note of this remarkable individual. Despite being well over 101 years old, he's still working and taking trips abroad. The real OR is a fountain of youth. Too bad you won't be sharing it.

LMAO the accumulative time with C.H.S. and Claudia is much more than a One Day experience.
You need to understand what it meant to be Part of C.H.S. Extended Family, He Did Not stay in Hotels in the early days He was a Guest in Your homes
If He was showing and teaching the ropes of making chicken He spent 7 to 10 Days Cooking with you many times to show recipes.
C.H.S. Also Cooked in some Places when He had NO restaurant and Helped make the Chicken for a Menu item.
