A proposal as to what the early 12 ingredient 99-X might have looked like?
Note that if deepfriednew101 is correct and Garlic is not among the '11', then there are only 11, and not 12.

I personally thing 99x since day 1 was a simplified version of the OR. Allspice bumped up to replace and other similar spice etc. I know you have read all my previous posts on 99x so I need not elaborate further.

I'm of the opinion that Allspice is a poor replacement for the combination of Clove, Nutmeg, Mace, and Cinnamon, as can be seen in many of my past discussions on this matter. So we both agree that 99-X was a simplification.
Edit: As to a rough equivalence, here is my thought:
0.75 to 1.0 grams of Allspice (freshness and quality dependent) is roughly the equivalent of: -----------------------
0.25 g. Nutmeg
0.20 g. Clove 0.15 g. Mace 0.10 g. Cinnamon

What might a 100 Lb. fiber drum of 12 ingredient 99-X have looked like? 24 Lb. MSG 22 Lb. White Pepper 22 Lb. Black Pepper (Medium Coarse) 6 Lb. Allspice [1] 6 Lb. Coriander Seed [2] 6 Lb. Sage [3] 4 Lb. Cayenne Pepper [4] 3 Lb. Anise Seed [5] 1 Lb. Cardamom [6] 1 Lb. Dill Seed [7] 1 Lb. Cumin [8] 1 Lb. Thyme [9] 1 Lb. Rosemary [10] 1 Lb. Vanilla Bean [11] 1 Lb. Garlic Powder [12] Sum = 100 Pounds
Edit: This is simply a direct scale-up from my proposal as to what 12 ingredient 99-X might have looked like.

deepfriednew101 has mentioned a number of times that the recipe he's seen doesn't have any fractional ingredients by weight. And neither does this 100 Lb. recipe scale-up. It seems likely that 100 Lbs. might fit into a small 'cement mixer' like ingredients tumbler. And deepfriednew101 is fond of showing us photos of 100 Lb. fiber drums.

The Person who speaks about Fractional Recipe is Tommy S. The recipe He spoke about is in % of weight I will say this AGAIN and AGAIN Claudia SAID MANY TIMES "she used portion cup measuring Items to measure the 100lbs amount which she made 4 25lbs batch's and poured it into the OLD MSG DRUMS A Cement Mixer was used to MIX KFC Spices By C.H.S. also

Perhaps scaling down from 100 Lbs., and not having any ingredients weighing less than 1 Lb. is the key. Of course this doesn't solve as to which ingredients, or their non-fractional weights.
My proposal dips into some ingredients seen on the Egyptian bag, and melds them with more common ingredients. I don't think Ginger is seen on the Egyptian bag. Ken and Dustin say Ginger isn't needed.

deepfriednew101 , since Ginger decomposes into vanillylacetone when heated, does Vanilla Bean serve as a stand-in for Ginger? Might some of the black specs be from Vanilla Bean. Zingerone = vanillylacetone
