A touch more cleanup taking parts from different photos of the same bag.
Sweet - star anise, basil, caraway, cardamom and celery and herbs and hot pepper and arafa and pepper and mustard and fennel and radish and Arugula and Coriander and XXXX and Sage and Turmeric and Vanilla), Salt. Garlic Powder.
XXXX - probably can't get from any photo so far with the wrinkle
Arugula - Seems to be where and related to the english "Water Grass" which if should be Watercress than this could make sense from a rough translation
herbs - Don't know what "herbs" should be. I suspect I am just not picking up the word after/before right
arafa - Tried multiple times to get more. But it seems one word it can't translate
Radish - Seems I can reliably get this but what should it be?
****
Take #5 translation Batelmagdie provided years ago for an older bag. Cross against what I found from translate and not too far off.
fifth
[paprika , anise , basil , caraway , cardamom , celery , coriander , water cress , cumin , dill , mustard , hot pepper , cinnamon , ginger , saffron , vanilla , salt , garlic powder , fennel]
I think saffron should be sage. And he is missing Turmeric which I can find clear as day.
fifth - (potentially)
[paprika , star anise , basil , caraway , cardamom , celery , coriander , water cress (arugula) , cumin , dill , mustard , hot pepper , cinnamon , ginger , sage(saffron) , vanilla , salt , garlic powder , fennel, Turmeric]
20 Ingredients and that is what I am finding as well.
RADISH - is the pause moment for me - Describing Ginger maybe. I can get Radish consistently though. Could be between Ginger and Turmeric is the confusion on the labeling?? About where I find Turmeric they print Ginger. So Maybe "Radish" is a bad translation for ginger???
IF above was right. What really should be Watercress (Arugula) be. I don't think either. I would want to assume a herb (parsley maybe)
Would really help to have a person read it though. Relying on AI is not always the best. But It does confirm a lot of these from the #5 guess.
