Thoughts?

Vial G is also 100% sesame seeds no doubt. I grinded up some sesame seeds today and it matches exactly vial G. Same bright, oily clump look. And Vial F is so clearly chicken bouillon it's not funny. 

Vial J 100% either Star Anise, or chilli. I am thinking star anise. If Star Anise is in the recipe, then there is no need for Tarragon at all.

Ok not sure why I took the time to do this. Good thing snow and cold out so putting in time is better than shoveling. Anyway, I basically cut out each piece of Arabic text where I could because with folds and stuff you never are going to get a full word. I google translated each and when the wording didn't make sense. I grabbed the word on either side. sometimes more than one. Until I found something that fit the pattern. Found some new ingredients that aren't on the bag in English and they seem legit. Still some parts that don't make sense because of the folds in the picture. These words I think need to be part of a "phrase" to fill in the blanks. But after a couple hours here is how I landed. Also worked better working backwards through the text.

sweet star-anise, basil, corona, cardamom and celery and herbs and regal hot pepper and arafa and pepper and mustard and fennel and hot and cold (grey hair)(radish) and Arugula and Coriander and XXXX and Myrrh and Turmeric and Vanilla) Garlic Powder, Salt.

XXXX is a word I can't even make out from the photo.
Regal Hot Pepper. Don't believe Regal is the right word. But no "and" or , between that phrase. So perhaps a descriptor
arafa obviously isn't right but I think bad on the photo
And depending on how I cut up the phrase. I got radish, but also grey hair, but did find hot and cold as part of the phrase. When slicing and dicing.

I do think the words may not translate correctly. But when I can find an "and" or "'" between words. They likely are standalone and represent an ingredient. Examples are corona, Arugula and Myrrh

First time I have ever seen Star Anise attributed to a KFC publication other than photo advertising. So this could be huge info. The vanilla fighting can start again. LOL

And look at the ones I couldn't find like Paprika, cinnamon, ginger. Although maybe those are tied up in the words I can't translate.

Definitely more than 11 ingredients anyway you cut it.

Also notice that the Arabic words are NOT in the same order as the English translation on the bag

It’s interesting that that Arabic translation is beginning to look more logical than the English list.

On a whim ( I was also cold-bound by the freeze), I mixed the English list and just did not get a KFC OR aroma or “note”.
Problematic to me is the addition of cumin as it turns the mix into a curry or American Chili powder. The dill also I’m on the border on, since it becomes more noticeable as the cooked product ages into the 3rd and fourth days thus making the mix stray from the KFC OR character. (The same for marjoram and bay leaf as their presence becomes more pronounced.)

On the English list, water grass could be lemon grass. But since Egypt has a lot of citrus groves, it might be a cheap substitute.

Just to be clear, was جرجير translated into arugula?

It’s interesting that “water grass” was used in the English list. Nevertheless, dried arugula as a spice is said to have a black pepper taste. If it is indeed in the spice mix, it’s a wonder why use it if there is already a real black pepper spice in the mix. Perhaps a substitute filler?

Still another spice that has an off aftertaste for me is turmeric. It’s hard to even hide it within black pepper.
