So all of us should just call "the Court House". When there are likely many hundreds of thousands of courthouses of all types, do you know how utterly ridiculous that sounds?
And even if it was certifiably ascertained that Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken was forbidden from adding Tarragon to their Chicken recipe, that would not tell us if Tarragon was/is part of CHS's secret/original recipe Chicken.
I'm beginning to better understand why Ken eventually banned you from his similar KFC_Like recipe clone pursuit website.

You can contact the Court House they will be more then Glad to help you and For their security they Do Not give out Names typically.
Any one who want to Contact me in Private is more then welcome to and I have spoke to the Likes of You Tubers in the Past Like Glen and Friends, All the Staff from Marion Kay, Other suppliers who claim to be the KFC replica, and spoke with many people from the other forum, Except Ken who refused to speak over the Telephone?
I have met in person Tons of people from the forums in decades also and Have NO issue exchanging information and its the ONLY way I have been able to accumulate memorabilia over a Lifetime, and Never charged a Penny for working with other who exchange information and contacts like wise.

Why have none of the many people whom you claim have contacted you in person or by phone ever mentioned such contact, and/or mentioned that you guided them to the secret recipe?
How does one go about contacting you in person? You claim to have either a restaurant business, or a catering business, or both. But why do you never mention names or locations for these businesses, and ditto for the many people whom you portend to have made contact with?
If (for example) we knew where you serve your "Wednesday Wing Nite" wings, perhaps we could drop in and give them a try.

Everyone who contacts in Private, and exchanges information is More then welcome to get information.
I Do Not use a Forum like this for Advertisement purposes, We Do Not need it.
I have Gave information to ANYONE who wanted to attend in Private messages, and Usually make exchanges with People in Private We have even Pickup people at the Nearest Airport who wanted to Visit. Met many People at the Calgary Stampede also In summer or Hockey Games which people wanted to attend. Have attended TONS of cities where people live and enjoyed time with them for meals Coffee etc, etc, etc.
C.H.S. had a Open Door Life style with many people and you were as welcome at his house as he was at our house. Mutual respect made between people who OPENELY communicate. I know after a life time of dealing with people Around the WORLD there is NO place in the World I cannot go without Having Person contact who would meet anytime. I attend Missions around the World and have helped 100's and 100's of project with open arm's and no reservations.
It just Amazes me that a Forum like this is more classified then Joe Biden's or Donald trump Affairs. OH and I have been to the White House and have had past invitations by President and Prime Ministers world wide, obviously with the protocols required.
Again People who work together and Help each other Do Not need to Brag about the Success or failures they just make memories of the events they did together.
I have always requested people to keep Private messages Private between the Parities LIKE I have requested of YOU and Other and if someone shares Information that they want to remain Private I respect that as such. That's why its Private Messaging ?
When C.H.S gave the recipes to the Families in Canada Do You think he told them to share it with the world OR DID he have the respect of the old ways that what's Private stays Private? It was obvious it stays Private
When Glen and Friends Post ingredients ON the Internet and saw the Recipe it Did Not take more then 10 seconds to Know the Family is the Scott Family in Toronto who had 100's of K.F.C. and Anyone knowing the History of Ontario Know that They were the ONLY Family making Commercial's back in the Day with C.H.S. Approval.
If you Think the Scott Family revealed the Original Recipe to glen or Karl revealed the Original recipe YOU ARE CRAZY. was it a recipe that was around from C.H.S. or the Likes of NEW AGE K.F.C. YES.
Which is the reason Why I will NOT discuss the recipe I have in hand until the Date is established. I Do Not need NEW AGE K.F.C. or others try to tell me what we have or Do Not have, it will ONLY be proven by Fact, no difference then the Hand written verification. Yes Both can be disputed like anything other there BUT We already know what year the One is that NEW AGE has in the Vault, and its NOT a Original 1940's recipe it was a Re-written copy C.H.S. made for the sale to NEW AGE K.F.C. as Brown would NOT give the ORIGINAL RECIPES

You call the court clerk and ask for the price for whatever you are seeking. They will give you an amount, then you write back with a cashiers check and request list included, and a self addressed envelope large enough for the documents (if requested by clerk; ask them for the procedure they prefer), and they will mail it to you.
I have contacted people during my practice, without reservations, and have contacted people involving KFC, particularly about extracts, and have had success. My only position in this debate, is that I have photographed all that I have received, including KFC franchise information, and have provided them for all to see. I have sent KFC seasoning samples to others, but unfortunately I could never convince the "big wigs" at TCK to take me up on the offer. I just want to view the information myself. I have a mental block about uncorroborated hearsay evidence. Nothing personal, just the lawyer in me.

Ya willie they did not want to test your Spice which would have been perfect to test BUT they Tested 99X
Not saying testing 99X is a issue BUT it's NOT Marion Kay Chicken Seasoning ? The 99x is a washed down version after C.H.S. passing J.R. from Marion Kay openly admitted the recipe was changed. Kordell from Marion Kay was to Young to know anything that happen Back then But other family would have a better clue.
Any time you want your spice tested it's NOT a issue to have tested in Canada they would Test it Anytime. If you want a comparison done between your Seasoning from decades ago. I would also send a sample of the Recipe seasoning away so they can do a direct comparison between seasoning and it would cross reference Information between the 2 mixes.
it then could be compared to the 99x report if you want to compare that reports BUT it's my understanding it was NOT a full comprehensive test completed. It could be compared to the Chinese report or other testing which was Done. The Only issue is those test were done with Cooked Chicken. The Only other test which was completed on a 2018 sample of Spices was Todd Wilbur and they will not speak about the 2 sample tested. Todd tested 1 sample from KFC New Age seasoning and He tested a sample of seasoning from Grille Chicken ?
The One thing that people are Missing is Todd Wilbur and Tommy S are the ONLY two that have went head to head against K.F.C. chicken on T.V. What's even more amazing is Todd Cooked Chicken on site and EVERYONE said it had the Aroma Note so Strong it was Unreal. others who samples the Chicken said Todd's was Far superiors then K.F.C. New AGE (side NOTE Todd Wilbur in almost every other side by side cook off was equal to the Franchises and Par the Food the Franchises he competed against, why DID C.M.T. not do a second season of Taping THEY COULD NOT get completion as most all other companies refused to do cook-off)

I take the stance that if most of us aren’t working together. Then chances of solving it get weaker. I understand the effort and cost of getting the original court documents. So for that if DF101 doesn’t want to give them away I understand. Having 11 of us individually bug the poor court house clerk for the same document also makes no sense.
Sharing some documents probably makes more sense. But it seems that has too many implications.

Maybe some of you can contact each other and have one person make a contact so that everyone is NOT doing it. The way it seems like NO one wants to make a telephone call or someone would have reached out to make a simple contact even with me. BUT hey knock your socks off and ALL call the court house?
it's interesting that A comment of such Magnitude that so many would call the Court House which will take 6 weeks to answer. Then like Willie said send your Money Order or Bank Draft to Pre-pay the Purchase. I think ALL of you should make a schedule for calling so you Do Not Flood the Court House Phone Lines. Have your check book or credit card handy.
Let's get real People are afraid to make a Phone call and Who is going to Pay the Cost of the Court Document's Willie forgot to say a complete court file with Transcripts now would be in excess of $1100.00 same cost to file a appeal in any court case at current court fee's.

$1,100 Dollars just to find out if Lee's isn't allowed to add Tarragon into their Chicken coating, while none of us are currently using it, and it isn't likely in KFC OR coating to begin with. That's clearly insane! Why are we wasting brain cells on this?
As my wife stated, and I concurred, my Recipe #17 already tastes close enough for all practical purposes. And guess what, no Tarragon. And heaven forbid, it doesn't even sum to 25, 50, or 100.

You had a Great Recipe with the Sweet 16 and had Rave reviews when we added more seasoning to Flour ratio
I Said your Sweet 16 with a Higher Seasoning ratio NOT more Salt was GREAT and Very Good chicken which may have Never been a knock off to KFC BUT Great Tasting Chicken.
No different then Many You Tubers ALL suggest that the 99X is Great and has KFC quality BUT YOU have to mix it at a HIGER Spice ratio then the Can Suggest and John O. in His Video regarding 99x said Increase the 99x 1 1/2 times the Can Directions ?
The Food Theory KFC Video also suggested that 99x was weak and they never made a second attempt NOR did Glen and friends
HOW is it 3 major YouTubers ALL Did not follow up on their own recommendations ?
I have said this Time and Time again and it was confirmed by Tommy S. The recipe they have Did Not list some mixing ratio's which they figured out from experience. The Hand written Recipe in C.H.S. Hand writing gives Directions to test mixed Flour and seasoning in Hand. (This is Very Old method NOT something that Brown and Massey manuals speak about)
C.H.S Great words was everyone has the Opportunity to make chicken the hospitality Dish like K.F.C. they just need to season it way more then Southern fried chicken or the way Other make it unseasoned?
