Re-starting afresh for an old thread that failed miserably for a number of reasons. Perhaps this time it will go better. What do you think is definitely in the original recipe, and what do you think is definitely out? No maybe's allowed please! 'Maybe's' were part of the downfall of the previous attempt at this.
