Dear Silver , it is simply not true that none of us use Tarragon. I've been using it for a very long time now and am absolutely convinced of it. Deepfried uses Tarragon. Kaweempo was convinced it is in. Willie said his top shelf recipes included Tarragon. There are others that haven't really explored it or said they will reconsider it. You were one of them btw.
With all due respect, your recipe was good, no question. But we apparently did not close down the forum after #17, did we?
With regards to deepfried, haven't I told you years ago? No one would believe me when I said he wasn't going to share anything of substance or proof, let alone the OR. But everyone kept going and going. Instead of joining forces, everything was directed towards him. Working together was impossible. This is where I personally lost my interest. Dethroning the king now will probably lead to the end of this forum.
