One last shot by me at attempting to look at the 100 grams as I think deepfriednew101 might look at it. 2,500 grams Cake Flour 375 grams Baker's Salt 80 grams MSG 50 grams Black Pepper (Medium Coarse) 20 grams White Pepper --------------------------------- 20 grams Sage 18 grams Celery Seed 16 grams Coriander 13 grams Ginger 10 grams Allspice 9 grams Cayenne Pepper 6 grams Anise Seed 2 grams Thyme 2 grams Marjoram 2 grams Oregano 2 grams Garlic Powder Sum = 100 grams below the dashed line

I will Cook something to this affect and Add Number 2, and number 11 either a Spices or a Herbs / Possibly: Parsley, Basil, Red Pepper, Rosemary, Savory, Mustard or Tarragon - ( I know what C.H.S. would prefer )
11 Spices and Herbs Celery, Garlic, Onion NOT PART OF THE 11 Herbs and Spices (These 3 HELP WITH THE AROMA BUT NOT ALL THE AROMA)
The ONLY reason I will Try this is to See How it comes out and what Others say.
There is a Hockey game tonight Oiler vs Las Vegas Golden Knights and wing special every time Oilers Score (With this Blend) I know there is going to be flavor as There is Spices and Herbs in volume, which will tag with the Pepper
I have STATED that there are other external items used OUTSIDE the 11 Herbs and Spices which Compliment Chicken and Give Heavy Aroma that I will try in some Batches for people to see the Crowd reaction with the External items and without The Celery, Garlic, Onion are AROMA MUST and FLAVOR
50 grams Black Pepper (Fine and Butcher Blend)( Salt & Pepper also in the Egg Warsh) 20 grams White Pepper --------------------------------- 20 grams Sage 18 grams Number 2 16 grams Coriander 13 grams Ginger 10 grams Allspice 9 grams Cayenne Pepper 6 grams Anise Seed 2 grams Thyme 2 grams Marjoram 2 grams Oregano 2 grams Number 11
3 grams Celery Seed 3 grams Garlic Powder 3 grams Onion Powder
I will NOT add the Whole Mix 109 gram and Pepper Blend into the Flour, Salt as some will be used for Marinade

As can be seen via scaling to 200 grams, there is nothing inherently special at all about Winston Shelton 'like' scaling. I do however believe that the above recipe will actually make for some delicious deep fried chicken.
