How is there wiggle room when he says 20, 13, 10 etc etc add to 100 Grams ?
That is as précises as you can be
He said Herbs and Spices NOT salt and pepper ?
I have a Chicken Recipe in C.H.S. Hand writing and Salt and M.S.G ARE NOT added into the 11 Herbs and Spices
The 11 Herbs and Spices Add to 100 Grams NO SALT AND NO M.S.G.

I have a Chicken Recipe in C.H.S. Hand writing and Salt and M.S.G ARE NOT added into the 11 Herbs and Spices But this possession of yours has precisely zero correlative relevance with regard to how CHS may have chosen to convey a (or perhaps even 'the') recipe to Winston Shelton. Just as it has zero relevance with regard to how all of us generally chose to design our own recipes. And just as it has zero relevance as to how KFC markets its ingredients to franchises in discrete packages of flour, salt, and everything else (with this latter being the proverbial "bag").

All recipes factually scale to 100% no mater how they are conceived and/or implemented. And 100% scales to 100 grams in all cases merely by changing the word 'percent' into the word 'grams'. This is why utilizing 'Winston Shelton' whereby to construct the real deal recipe is so difficult.
BTW, now that you have confirmed (as per your direct admission above) that the recipe you possess is in CHS's handwriting, what to you intend to do with it?

He said Herbs and Spices NOT salt and pepper ? Actually he said (in effect) herbs, spices, "and so on". If the 100 grams included only herbs and spices as you contend, then there would be zero need for Winston Shelton to add "and so on".

The words and so on are a direct relation to and so on herbs and Spice NOT other items would have been His words
When I had a Meeting with Winston S and Directly asked the Question. About the 20, 13, 10
I also asked Was there Herbs and Spices above 20 Grams and was there another Spice or Herbs at 13 Grams.
Answer was ALL the items are EVEN Numbers NO uneven .25, .50, ETC all were rounded to a Whole Number. No Spice or Herbs Below 1 Gram
He said Salt was NOT in the Amounts of 20, 13, 10 Grams
When I asked about Tellicherry Pepper his answer was that was what C.H.S. stated with
He used the Word Exotic Spices were in the Mix I asked are they Jamaican Spices Like Ginger and Allspice or Saigon Cinnamon as those were all listed as Exotic spices in 1930's Imported
When He asked how I could be so Specific to the Spices and Herbs I said I had conversations with the Original Canadian Franchiser and was around C.H.S. and know what he asked for and I Have the Original List of Spices and Herbs he instructed ALL CANADIAN Franchises to have ON HAND for the Spice Dished and USE which was more then 11 Spices and Herbs and may or may NOT be in the Original Chicken BUT were all used in 1930's
100% Total can be 100 Grams 100 Ounces, 100Lbs etc etc and so on and so on
Flour, Salt, M.S.G. ARE NOT in the 100 % of ANY original Recipe ?
The 11 Spices and Herbs 100 Grams is the Mix
Understand that the Original recipe DOES NOT say dump ALL 100Grams into 250 Grams of Flour
The 100 Grams are added to the Salt and the Other Items like Celery, Garlic, Onion and so on and so on and mixed together
Just because K.F.C. and C.H.S. says there are 11 secret Herbs and Spices in the Mix DOES NOT mean that there was NO Salt, Pepper, Celery, Garlic, Onion, and so on and so on added to the 11 Herbs and Spices to make a TOTAL RECIPE with 11 Spices and Herbs.
OH and ALL the Items are Common run of the Mill Shelf items in the Recipe Celery, Garlic, Onion were Usually Fresh items from Garden and NOT spices or herbs

deepfriednew101, until you reveal the real recipe which you contend that you have, your comments about the need for massive amounts of ingredients are merely an unwanted distraction.
