I have cooked Long enough To know when their will be a issue and experimented with so many recipes when I see where there is a issue from the Hand written C.H.S. old chicken recipe Like missing 2 Herbs or spices. Then I already know it will NOT be a Original style flavor.
BUT
if you want it tested like that It can be done as a comparison and it will just re-test my taste buds to see if I was on with the Celery, Garlic, Onion
I need to try and stay as similar to the Original K.F.C. style that the Hand Written Note produces currently, especially with the Hockey Night Games as the attendance love the Flavor, and we get Large crowds to test with
Our Wednesday Wing night crowd expects different taste and flavors so its not a issue

Wow, I just discovered a handwritten note from CHS, left to my dentist's son which I could show, but the boogey man might get me. Anyway, cilantro and epozote are in the recipe, but not in the 11 Hs&Ss. I'll throw you some hints to guide you in your recipe search, but I will not give you the recipe. Just do as I say, and like it.

I have stated There will BE NO release of FULL DETAILS UNTIL the YEAR of the Paper is established.
we have made Tons of chicken cooked to the Recipe Directions with the Instructions of the recipe and exact amount of Spices and Herbs plus other NON spice and Herbs and it creates 1000 Times better chicken then the NEW AGE KFC.
Remember you said your semi retired from Law so, Don't be Giving Legal advise what to do with the Recipe as YOUR NOT ORE ACTING LEGAL COUNCIL in the MATTER.

Silver NOT true Paper has a DNA similar attribute which can give a approximate date may NOT be exact to the Year but give a 3 year Time Era and possible Narrowed down to more specific time from that general age of paper.

Fake ancient Christian manuscript fragments turn up all the time, since this is a highly lucrative $$ industry that feeds collectors. And many of these recent fakes pass extensive scrutiny as being legitimately 1,500-2,000 years old. The age of the substrate may be that old, and even pass radiocarbon dating, but the ink is what counts. |

I Don't care to have the 100% exact date. I want a approximate time period.
C.H.S. was NOT changing the Original from 1939 until 1955ish where I will stand on the 2 handfuls being M.S.G.
Then after that the changes were for Claudia Cafe' and Marion Kay?
The Original Did NOT have M.S.G. so its NOT hard to figure out when M.S.G. was listed in any recipe its much later in the 1950's
My aspect approximate year is great enough

Deepfriednew101, do you (or do you not) have CHS's original secret recipe, with or without MSG? In the end that's all that really matters on this forum. The 99-X recipe doesn't matter. Claudia's Restaurant recipe doesn't matter. Grace's recipe doesn't matter. My recipes don't matter. Others on this or other forums recipes don't matter. Etc...

I will Type this Again
We have a Handwritten Chicken Recipe which is Verified as Colonel H. Sanders Hand writing
We Do Not know what year it is from as it's NOT dated in C.H.S. hand writing.
We have sent the Documents for a Year verification
We have cooked the recipe: following the instructions and exact recipe it is 100 Times better then ANY MEW AGE KFC - it has both Aroma and More Flavor similar but MORE FLAVOR and Visual like Original KFC
The recipe Does NOT list Salt or M.S.G. as the 11 Herbs and Spices
it Does NOT list Celery, Garlic, Onion as the 11 Herbs and Spices
it also has other items that are added to the 11 Herbs and Spices (which give extra Flavor and Aroma)
So the reason Why we want the Year is the dispel the NAY SAYER.
I, and other people in Our area KNOW the Original Chicken Pre 1970's and Know this recipe is as close as anything replicated to Colonel Sander Original Chicken.
