Or when thinking along the lines of MK, the scaling factor divisor could be 8, wherein:
100 grams ÷ 8 = 12.5 grams
And 1600 grams flour ÷ 8 = 200 grams
And 240 grams salt ÷ 8 = 30 grams
Etc...

If the MSG is dropped below the dashed line the below the dashed line sum = 40 Oz., meaning that this recipe is 40 ounce bag compliant.

I think that the amount of seasoning used is dependent upon your cooking technique. Low heat, high heat, deep fat fried, pan fried, baked, pressure fried, air fried, crock pot. What I am trying to find is which elements are more quickly diluted using whatever technique. This is a tough one, but the Crock Pot system preserves flavors the best. So, how did CHS adjust his seasonings when he went from the Dutch oven to the pressure fryer. I've been after this information since I started this search. Did he use more, or less? How much was used before the oleoresins were incorporated? Exactly what is the proper ratio of salt to seasoning?
I added some ginger to my "KFC" seasoning, and it made it much more KFCeee.

To how much Flour was Winston Shelton instructed to add the 100 grams?
Salt absolutely has to be part of the 100 grams, as CHS instructed Winston that once he had the 100 grams all he would need to do is add it to flour.

Winston was NOT given a Flour or Salt Amount
Tommy and Cherry S Recipe Does NOT list Flour Amount or Salt either.
Salt is NOT part of the 11 Herbs and Spices or the 100g Total for the 11 Herb's and Spice's
The Original Is Mixed with 2 Cup's of flour (Note 2 Cup's Sifted Flour will fluff to 2.5 Cups)

The ratios might not be right, but something akin to the above might be what CHS rattled off to Winston Shelton. Talk about zinging. This level of zinging would likely even make deepfriednew101 blush. And he always wants more added...

Upon further deep contemplation and reflection:
260 grams flour (2 Metric Cups) ------------------------------- 36 grams Salt 20 grams MSG 13 grams B&W Pepper [1][2] 13 grams Colman's Mustard Powder [3] 10 grams Sweet Basil [4] 2.0 grams Allspice [5] 1.5 grams Coriander Seed [6] 1.5 grams Sage [7] 1.5 grams Ginger [8] 0.5 gram Savory [9] 0.5 gram Marjoram [10] 0.5 gram Garlic Powder [11]
100 grams below the dashed line if I added correctly
