5 H&S "Tarragon Chicken" (as immediately above) is now officially mixed and melding. It has a very nice smell to it. Plenty of Eugenol. And a hint of green within the highly predominant gray. I can't wait. But I'm already suspecting that I could have gone higher with the Tarragon.

If I had gone with 0.333 grams for the last three ingredients, it would have weighed in at 13 grams even.

The thing my Wife likes most about "Tarragon Chicken" (so far) is that it doesn't burn her nose like all of my recipes with Cayenne Pepper have done. She is openly very glad about this!

I think your gonna have a Hard time to Beat Sweet 16.
The sweet 16 may have never been the Ultimate Perfect Copycat to the Original BUT it was FRIGEN Good Chicken and Beats ANY crap NEW AGE K.F.C. offers on the market 2023 any country.
You need to make a Gravy with that Mix ?

I pulled my gallon of Peanut oil out of our basement fridge, and it is a semi-solid sludgesicle that won't pour. I've never had anything like this happen before. This is going to set back my cooking time.

Here's the "Tarragon Chicken" eating report: 1) Nice flavor overall, but not Lee's. And assuredly not KFC. Kind of laid back and muted or boring. 2) B&W Pepper at 8 grams does not deliver any hint of a lingering bite at all. 3) B&W Pepper at 8 grams isn't all that different from B&W Pepper at 6 grams. B&W Pepper must hit a plateau. 4) A bit too nutty tasting per my wife's first bite comment. Apparently too much Coriander. Nothing else was in there to add to nuttiness. 5) 2.50 grams of Tarragon plus 0.30 grams of Savory plus 0.30 grams of Thyme wasn't herby enough. Needs some Oregano after all is my guess. 6) It needed 32 grams of Salt instead of 30. 7) The 0.30 grams of Clove was good, but perhaps a wee pinch higher than necessary. 8) It was screaming for Ginger. 9) I'm beginning to wonder if White Pepper actually does anything. I've already devised the fix, as seen below. Dropping the Tarragon, but still targeting Lee's (and also KFC):

If I was to add a critique #10 it would be: 10) 3 grams of MSG is nowhere near the distinctly MSG flavor level that I remember from KFC (of yore, and also current).
Edit:
NOTE: Since several herbs go by the name "Mexican Oregano", the one I have and intend to use is "Lippia graveolens".

Mexican Oregano is sometimes referred to as Mexican Sage. It has a cornucopia of oils. I'm using it as a one Herb solution, whereby to adhere to 5 H&S only, beyond B&W Pepper.
