The obligatory next day eating report for "Tarragon Chicken", which was eaten hot:
1) No pepper taste at all. Very disappointing in the pepper department. 2) Hardly any herb taste at all. A hint of Thyme snuck through. 3) Over the top in nuttiness taste.
I thought Tarragon would shine at 2.50 grams, but it vanished instead.

Tarragon is a Spice which with Heat can diminish quickly, it works in combination with other spices better or should be rolled in Milk Powder or Flour to help Protect some Flavor.
We have a principle with mild spices roll it in sifted flour

Mixed, melding, and soon to be cooked. Deep Frying oil is heating up now. Testing both my Savory experiment, and my Ginger experiment in a single recipe. No Allspice or Clove.

The 'Savory & Ginger Deep Fried Chicken' eating report:
1) My wife and I agree that this is some of the best tasting non-KFC-Like chicken we ever tasted. We were both very pleased. 2) This recipe proves that good chicken can be made without any Allspice or Clove, and the Ginger does indeed impart a Eugenol-Like flavor. 3) The Pepper did not have the hoped for lingering 'bite'. But it was a nice Pepper level. 4) The Nutmeg, Mace, and Cinnamon worked. 5) The Oregano was mild and seemed to work without being obtrusive. 6) The elevated Savory combined with elevated Ginger gave it a different taste, but in a very good way. 7) I'm not sure I would change anything. My wife liked my last minute decision to add only 28 grams of Salt. 8) I would assume that most anyone eating this recipe in a restaurant or family gathering type setting would be well pleased. 9) My wife said this Chicken is the best we've cooked in our last handful of attempts. 10) My wife suggested that we round up our family and do a head to head cook-off between this recipe and our Recipe #17. 11) No note of KFC-OR.

Of course I'm a perpetual tinkerer by nature, so if I did tinker with the 'Savory & Ginger Deep Fried Chicken' recipe it would look like this:
200.g. Cake Flour 30.0g. Salt -------------------- 6.25g. MSG 4.00g. Black Pepper (1/2 Fine, 1/2 Medium Coarse) 3.00g. White Pepper 1.75g. Savory 1.75g. Ginger 1.25g. Coriander 1.00g. Sage 0.40g. Anise Seed 0.20g. Nutmeg 0.20g. Mace 0.10g. Cinnamon 0.10g. Oregano
20 grams below the dashed line = 40 Oz. bag compliant
Edit: Oops, I forgot to add in the dashed line.

I will say this your sweet 16 recipe stood as a Meal for chicken lovers and it still is One of the better chicken you have made Sweet 16 on chicken wings was Great I'm fairly certain that you mentioned that you tinkered with it before you cooked it, so without knowing the detailed nature of your tinkering, how is anyone to experience exactly what you experienced? Did you perhaps tinker it in the direction of your actual CHS recipe?

The Tinkering was more to the Adding more seasoning where MSG was a addition Number
It was under seasoned so we first Bumped the Seasoning to add up to 25g without MSG
We also Bumped up the sage amount on second cooking to 3g
