This would now be Deepfried’s recipe as it appears it was heavily modified to what was posted as Sweet16.
DF101 Sweet20 or something like that

The main issue was NOT mixed at a High enough % of seasoning to Flour ratio even if we did NOT Mix extra item.
C.H.S. commented 100's of times the Difference between The colonels Chicken and southern fried chicken was HE Used more seasoning then The southern Fried chicken and in over 10 interviews he Said ALL others are Bland and they use the Table seasoning salt and Pepper to add on the Meal which DOES NOT produce a well seasoned to the core meal?
The 11 Herbs and Spices NEED TO BE a Higher amount to start as the Depp Fryer will absorbed and cook off Flavor at a 20% amount
Also the Proper Grinds of Seasoning Herbs and Spices are critical --- Many Grab the Pre Ground items which have lost the Old, compared to the OLD 1939 Rubbed and Flake Spices which are hard to find in the 2023.
PPM blend of spice herb flour is important for Flavor.
There is a Reason that the Recipe was mixed to 100g of seasoning and it was NOT to use ALL 100% of the seasoning in the Flour. It was if you needed the Little extra it was there, and it created a Started amount to add to the next batch. ANY GREAT cook makes a extra amount standard cooking smarts.
YOU MAKE YOUR seasoning mix compliant to a 26oz bag BUT Need to Learn why the 40oz Bags Came into the equation. There is a Reason why Canada mixes 18 Lbs of FLOUR in 2023 to salt and seasoning and NOT 25Lbs
ANYONE wanting the Answer Please send a message in Private on this Public forum to get the Answer,
Season the Flour is the Key and Brine, Egg Warsh, and Flour NEED seasoning NOT just the Flour.

DF101 Sweet20 or something like that NO used the Proper amount of Seasoning and it was Great as a Proper sweet 16 Mix What we changed was Like Bill S from Marion Kay - except we added more Herb as it was under Herbed. KEY WAS MORE SPICE to FLOUR ratio we did not change the salt There were some people who enjoyed the less seasoned un altered Recipe, There were some who liked the more Balanced Herbs and Spice The Original C.H.S. Balances the spices and herbs and as I have said FOR YEARS AND YEARS the Original KFC had VISUAL appearance of Herbs in the Coating ?

If you need a flour to seasoning ratio of 2:1, either your spices are weak as hell or your taste perception is distorted. I use 5,29% herbs, spices and MSG and the breading is very, very well seasoned.
Quoting CHS to justify excess amounts of spices is actually quite devious, because nowhere did he quantify what he meant. Again, no offence, but this kind of rhetoric is contemptuous.

Even back then no way was CHS not conscious to cost. If he could get a good balanced flavour with a smaller ratio of H&S he would have.
MSG was probably an attempt at boosting flavour without needing to boost the H&S
A great exercise is think about even the franchises he had by 1955. How much H&S was he likely producing for them and his spot. And start thinking about the massive purchasing done for that era.
East Frisian’s percentages are reasonable

That seems like 13 grams to me.

Here's the rub:
Across two forums most of us are using 13 to 16 to 20 grams of H&S plus MSG when building upon a base of 200 grams of flour (whereas on the other forum the standardization has been to 400 grams of Flour, and they have settled in at 26 grams instead of 13 accordingly), and all of us across both forums are making great deep fried chicken. There have been 3 official KFC OR 'bag' sizes. 26 Oz., 32 Oz., and 40 Oz. When scaled down to 200 grams these represent 13 grams, 16 grams, and 40 grams. And every flour bag photographed has weighed 25 Lbs. or 11.34 KG. Thus it seems very clear that the majority of us are correct.
But then comes along someone who says we are all wrong and he/she is right. And later this person begins to claim to be in the sole possession of an (or perhaps even the) CHS recipe. And lo and behold, this recipe also proves all of us across two forums to be completely wrong.
And as fate has it, this person has been banned from the 'other forum' for at least several years now due (it appears) to claiming to have the recipe, yet never helping anyone, and rather misleading everyone. Sound familiar? Coincidence?

Edit:
When scaled down to 200 grams these represent 13 grams, 16 grams, and 20 grams (not 40 grams).

The most foolish boast being that massive quantities of H&S are required and thereby none of our recipes can possibly taste great (such as they do), because clearly they are way under spiced.
This foolish boast is perhaps only topped by saying that our recipes never add up to 100%, and that somehow we are thereby collectively deceived and confused, such that none of us understands what 100% means (when of course it is self evident that ALL recipes inherently must sum to 100%, and thereby it is this individual person who has no clue regarding what 100% means).

The obligatory next day eating report for 'Savory & Ginger Deep Fried Chicken':
1) Outstanding!
2) My wife said she vastly prefers the Eugenol_Like taste of Ginger's decomposition product called Zingerone to actual Eugenol.
3) Truth be told: I cheated and sprinkled a little Salt on mine.
