Looks really good highonascii! What is the 2.1 recipe? It is the 1st post, it's the final edit I promise lol Changing to 12g mix 12g salt for 200g flour made it perfect. Not too salty now plus the smell and taste is on point. I can't think of anything else I would change or modify. Very, very happy with this final edit. If you try it let me know what you think 👍 |

I added a note, I now prefer using Bread Flour over anything else.

Followed your instructions to a tee and was pretty positively surprised that i actually had all of the spices and even the milk and egg white powder. It was in one word: delicious. Absolutely tasted like kfc to me and the only difference is that i used chicken breast that i had brined with your instructions overnight instead of chicken wings. Can't wait to make some more of this and have all of my friends and family taste it too. The chicken looked really gorgeous too!   |
