I'm going to cook this suggested recipe next week. It is based upon all seasonings being contained within the 11 vials. There is as much information here, as can be found within the Glen videos.
Ingredients are listed from heaviest first, to lightest.
Vial: Ingredient:
* - Salt
K - White and black pepper
* - MSG
G - Ginger
F - Garlic salt
J - Crushed paprika
A - Coriander
E - Allspice
I - Sage
D - Thyme
C - Thai basil
B - Oregano
H - Celery seed
26g seasoning and 24/26g salt (seasoning has garlic salt in it) for 160g flour. I will brine with salt, meat tenderizer and sugar in water. Sometimes I'll put sugar in my breading "wash", which is skim milk, egg, and corn starch. I'll use sour cream, Mexican Crema, water, milk powder, whatever.
