I took a pinch of am eyeballed mix I threw together on a whim, along with a pinch of pepper extract I made, and added a pinch of salt. As I tasted this blend in the palm of my hand I noticed a glimmering ray of light emerging from a brass ring. Now all I have to do is replicate whatever is sitting in this small jar sitting beside me.

witness accounts of the Two Handful ingredient made reference to a White Powder.
There have been two articles published from Franchise owners who state white color powder similar to a flour sugar or confection sugar.
MSG was a powdered white in the 50's
Pepperall was a Tuxedo Pepper white and Black Pepper
only what information was listed since the 50's

I now tend to believe it was MSG.
What else could one throw in two handful of without risking damaging the whole cookings event

"Pepperall was a Tuxedo Pepper white and Black Pepper". This is an amazing statement. On one hand, if truthful, it verifies the existence of Pepperall. On the other hand it professes that someone has actually seen Pepperall, or has spoken to someone who has. If that is so, and that information has been withheld, then there is something rotten in Denmark.

My most recent mix, using some pepper extract, sure be good. Has a strong licorice flavor. 26g seasoning + 24g flavored salt (24g total salt content) for 160g pastry flour.

What definitive proof can be offered that there ever was a product called Pepperall? And what evidence is there that its use was widespread?
