What I perceived that I was tasting while eating KFC OR

1) I now believe that Herbs are not present in great amounts overall.
2) I felt that the predominating taste was earthiness. Lots of Coriander Seed?
3) I did not get the perception that any Capsaicin containing Chili was present.
4) Based upon taste plus visual (loads of black specs) I now believe that Black Pepper predominates over White Pepper.
5) I couldn't taste any Oregano type flavor.
6) Sage and Savory are at lower quantities than I once believed.
7) I'd say there is a butter flavor present.
8) A licorice presence was noticeable.
9) Lots of Salt.
10) Lots of MSG plus perhaps I+G.
11) I seem to taste Mace, though far less quantity than I attempted when the Mace ruined it.
12) There may be a taste of Cinnamon.
13) Clove seems to be there, but not at a high level.
14) Nutmeg? Perhaps... (but hidden by the Mace)
15) The black specs are smaller than I imagined. No sign of any Cracked Black Pepper. Coarse seems about right.
16) A hint of Garlic is likely present after all.
17) The thing I was tasting when I thought of Capsaicin is most likely Ginger. And ditto for White Pepper.
