As stated earlier, the sum total of grams spanning from the two asterisk demarked items on down through item #11 comes to 35.03 grams.
For all of these items to comply with the 26 ounce bag they should (for 200 grams of flour) sum to 13 grams.
35.03/13 = 2.7
This means that potentially there are 270% more * through 11 ingredients than there should be. And the reason for this can be traced directly back to 20,18,13,11,11,10,6,4,3,3,1 scaling.

The Sum formula was obtained from one of the Major Spice Companies Known to CHS.
The value when Broke Down worked out to just under 26oz.
when converted to Grams some value had to be rounded up to meet a 10, or 3 ETC ETC but it was so close to the round up number the Company said there is always a Plus / Minus to 100% that is acceptable YOU CAN NEVER usually get the Mixes to reach 100% exact in many instants.
When they measure sample bathes in a controlled room with encased scale YES they can when they mix the scaled full version they always mix 3 to 5% more then required for quality control ETC ETC.
They have been in the spice industry for more then 100 Years they know weights and measures in the Point and they have all accurate spice weights for the Spices
