Hard to pull an actual number but weight wise it appears all 3 seasoned salts would be a 6:1 ratio. Anyone have more info?

Inspired by flg's suggestion of seasoned salts, I came up with Winston Shelton Recipe Guess #4: Celery Salt x 2.25 = 20 grams Garlic Salt x 2.25 = 10 grams MSG x 2.25 = 13 grams Items #1 through #11 = 44.45 grams 44.45 x 2.25 = 100 grams

Of course, if it was 100 grams being added to 450 grams of flour, then it seems best to scale it to 450 grams and have logical fractions for all 11 ingredients:

NO rocket science CHS DID NOT CARE if they used Salt, Pepper, MSG he always told every one he added 11 Spices and Herbs to the Salt and Pepper

Of course, if it was 100 grams being added to 450 grams of flour, then it seems best to scale it to 450 grams and have logical fractions for all 11 ingredients: A better format for Winston's to be @ 450g flour. It could be that it was for 1lb flour which all things equal close enough. Lot's of rounding anyway you tackle it. What I like about the above. Is if all of the salt comes within the 11 ingredients. It makes sense some are seasoned. And, like you have above, I feel the missing ingredient was most likely MSG.
If the recipe didn't include MSG or Salt then I'm more inline thinking the missing 13 would have been a seasoning salt of some type. Likely garlic

MSG is NOT part of the 100 Total for spices and herbs
Spices and herbs add to 100 or close to 100
Salt and MSG should also balance close to 100
