We know that early on post franchising it was actually 3 Lbs. of Salt and 2.5 Lb. Spice/Herb/Pepper/MSG bags that were being added to 25 Lbs. of flour plus 1.125 Lbs. of powdered egg and milk.

You yourself once stated (quite accurately) that the total Salt sums to 3.625 Lbs. added to 25 Lbs. of Flour. So the Salt within the 2.5 Lb. (40 ounce) herb & Spice & MSG & Partial_Salt bag must equal 0.625 Lbs., or exactly 10 ounces. That leaves 30 ounces for MSG, Pepper, and "other" H&S.

Pepper is also around 10 ounces to perhaps 12 ounces. Let's call it 11 ounces. That leaves 19 ounces for MSG, and all "other than Pepper" H&S.

If MSG is the single largest by weight ingredient in the bag, it has to be on the order of at least 12 ounces.

We are therefore at a 40 ounce bag that looks like this:

7 ounces (or 198.45 grams) "other than B&W Pepper" H&S

And when scaled to 3-1/2 US Cups of unsifted flour it looks like this:

And when scaled to a single US cup of unsifted flour it looks like this:

And when scaled to 200 grams of flour it looks like this:

Note that items #3 through #11 sum to 3.50 grams.

And if more the 5.5g total pepper is required. It's coming from the weight of the other H&S.

So in my case using 6g Pepper. I have only 3g for all other H&S.

The ratios or at least reasonable limits to them. I think we have worked out.

The theory of heaps of H&S required is just not true. Not that doesn't mean more spice pack could be added to the flour. But by doing so everything including MSG, salt and pepper.

I wonder if this also contains the powdered egg and milk. This and flour is all it required?
