Duh, that should have stated Thomas Edison. (not Jefferson)
Jefferson is my hero among the "founders" (of the USA) so I guess I had him on my mind. Among all of the founders, he was (in my opinion) the only one, who if living today, would be classified as a Libertarian.

I will Always stand on the 3 - 1 Ratio (3) White Pepper / (1) Black Pepper of which Black Pepper is combination of Pepper.
The White Pepper Should also use a Fine and Medium Grind Pepper We also use a Butcher Grind size for White Pepper
I have Said in many Forums 5Lbs was the Original Size Bag that CHS used.
Keep in Mind the Salt and Spices and Herbs should always be close to equal amount with the Salt.
The Salt over time did Lower with the MSG introduction in 1955ish.
1 - 1.5 % MSG should be Target amounts
Currently when mixing
We try and keep the
salt to 55% Garlic Dehydrated NOT Powder 10 - 15% Onion Dehydrated 5% Sugar 3% to 5 as a Carrier Adhesive Spice and Herbs 20%
We use Dehydrated Items the Flavor is More Intense then Powders and Carriers more Oils compared to Ground
White Pepper Black Pepper Paprika Caraway - Fennel They were used in the 1930 NOT Coriander will Maintain Bill Summers USED Coriander as the NEW item he added
Parsley, Sage, Rosemary, Thyme Mexican Sage Oregano

WE use Beef Tallow for Oil
If we use Vegetable Oil Deep Fry Some Bacon in your Oil First More Flavor in the Oil. Most Oils already contain Citric Acid read the Labels.

There is one final iteration for this recipe series, and all of the math/reasoning/logic/ratios which led me to it will be found within a currently active thread launched by deepfriednew101, and titled "weights": If you are contemplating trying any recipe from within this thread, I strongly recommend that you start with this one.

If the above recipe winds up not being peppery/hot enough after trying it, then my suggestion is to replace Mild Paprika with Hot Hungarian Paprika, or with 0.62g. Mild Paprika plus 0.13g. Cayenne Pepper (the latter of which is effectively a means whereby to transform Mild/Sweet Paprika into a Hot Hungarian Paprika "equivalent").
