18 Lbs. is 8.165 Kg. (rounded to 3 decimal places). It's no different than for 25 Lbs., which is 11.340 Kg. (rounded to 3 decimal places). What is weird however is the KFC choice to mix Pounds and Ounces with grams and Kilograms. Strict uniformity of units would make far better sense. I think you missed my point. KFC flour usually comes in 10kg bags in international locations. He said it is coming in an 8kg bag. I’ve not seen that. I put in a couple of quick conversions for convenience, but that wasn't the point. |

I was asking DF101 to tell more about this 8kg bag, which I still find unusual.  |

There are 5kg Bags for the smaller locations to use in Malls etc.
5kg = 11Lbs Flour Bags
8kg = 18Lbbs Flour Bags

Why has no picture been posted of any of these products? Please elaborate. |

Let’s just put them on the list of items along with the Russian spice mix chemical analysis, and the university chemical analysis studies, and the thousands of museum photos, and the legal docs, and the KFC11 items, and the warehouse of equipment like cement mixers for spice mixing that we look forward to seeing when your computer and camera get organized. ciao. |

40 ounce H&S bag
400 ounces of flour
48 ounces of salt
18 ounces of powdered egg and milk
Total = 506 ounces
40/506 = 0.07905 = 7.905% H&S (wherein this includes MSG plus a partial of the salt)
H&S is likely to be on the order of 5% or less.

When scaled to 200 grams of flour:
245 grams x 0.07905 = 19.4 grams
19.4 grams
-6 grams Pepper
-6 grams MSG
-4 grams Salt
-------------
= 3.4 grams of H&S
