I will reveal my recipe but part of me says otherwise, what if this forum is crawling with kfc spies? They would’ve track me down and murder me. As far as my intensive year long research is concerned, this ingredient was never used nor even mentioned either by this forum and the tyrannical kfc11. The minute I tasted that chicken with that ingredient I instantly tasted 1930s corbin kentucky fried chicken but my measurements was amissed. It was bitter. I added tablespoon of that stuff and there’s no garlic. Garlic and that ingredient is what made Colonel’s chicken exceptional. The savoriness of garlic is what offsets the bitterness of that ingredient and in turn the ingredient provides the aroma of the chicken. And the certain herbs gives it a bit of sharpness to the pepper and the cloves and allspice gives it warmth. The white pepper was specifically chosen by the colonel because he knew that too much black pepper will make his chicken riddled with black specks and nobody knew how to use white pepper back then. Everyone was put off with that fecal smell Reveal your secret to me. I will publish it and let them kill me instead

Looks Great I would go caraway over coriander my personal BUT you are roasting the Coriander. I can say THIS NO ONE HAS BEEN ABLE TO SHOW A TIN FROM 1925 of Coriander on this forum or any other when I have suggested coriander was NOT a Spice or Herb on every shelf or common. I have printed Tins and Photos before which Do Not show it until after the War Era. I have said MY Opinion Coriander was Bill S Marion Kay extra ingredient that made it BETTER.

or according to my friend:
black pepper / white pepper vial c cayenne celery seeds (detected in 1974 esquire) sage savory (colonel finds out in the 1970s that this canadian herb can cover 3 herbs in 1 : thyme, marjoram, mint) rosemary (this is the herb responsible for the woody taste I’ve been detecting recently) cloves ginger caraway (added for the sake of 1974 esquire) mustard (horseradish detected in 1974 esquire but we know horseradish flavour evaporates very quickly when heated, it’s brother which is mustard seed won’t)
garlic salt
if you count the peppercorns as 1 and exclude garlic salt as the 12th ingredient added by the New Age it will counts as 11
as caraway is an overwhelming spice. i’d prefer dill seed. it was around in the 1930s dill seed taste like a mild version of caraway and many of you love adding dill weed which is a disaster for a fried chicken (dill weed is for ranch dips and salads lol)

I I thought The Vial C was “black tea”, don’t do it. It gave my chicken tea like sausage flavor. But it goes well with real sausages lol

But it goes well with real sausages lol Thats funny. I experimented 2 years ago with Black Tea. I still have the bag here. It didn't add much to the flavour. However, one time, during experimenting with the black tea, I reheated some chicken for my son in the microwave. The aroma was EXACTLY the same as in a KFC restaurant. But that was only one time.
