I actually think the above recipe with equal weights of salt and H&S (other than B&W Pepper) in the mix looks mighty tempting. Waiting for comments from deepfriednew101 and all other forum members.

As I've mentioned before, all good recipe themes should come in two's.
60.00g. MSG 40.00g. Salt 36.00g. White Pepper (1) 24.00g. Black Pepper (2) 8.00g. Sage (3) 7.00g. Coriander (4) 6.00g. Ginger (5) 5.50g. Allspice (6) 4.00g. Thyme (7) 3.00g. Marjoram (8) 2.50g. Garlic Powder (9) 2.50g. Green Cardamom (10) 1.50g. Anise Seed (11)
Total = 200 grams
Instructions: Add 20 grams of the above mixture to 200 grams of flour plus 24 grams of Salt plus 3 grams of DME (dry malt extract).

And lastly for the "Salt g. = Other H&S g." theme:
60.00g. MSG 40.00g. Salt (1) 36.00g. White Pepper (2) 24.00g. Black Pepper (3) 8.50g. Sage (4) 7.50g. Coriander (5) 6.50g. Allspice (6) 5.50g. Ginger (7) 4.50g. Thyme (8) 3.50g. Marjoram (9) 2.50g. Garlic Powder (10) 1.50g. Anise Seed (11)
Total = 200 grams
Instructions: Add 20 grams of the above mixture to 200 grams of flour plus 24 grams of Salt plus 3 grams of DME (dry malt extract).

60% wheat flour 40% corn flour 20% spices
70.00g. Salt 30.00g. MSG 21.25g. White Pepper (1) 18.00g. Black Pepper (2) 11.50g. Sage (3) 11.00g. Coriander (4) 11.00g. Onion Powder (A) 11.00g. Garlic Powder (B) 9.00g. Ginger (5) 7.00g. Allspice (6) 4.50g. Thyme (7) 3.75g. Savory (8) 3.50g. Marjoram (9) 3.50g. Green Cardamom (10) 1.50g. Anise Seed (11)
I would Add Onion & Garlic into the Mix also label as (A) (B)
116.5 Total is what I think I have with the change
Now My other suggestion is Powdered Milk and Egg, Corn Sugar for a Adhesive. many or A Soya Flour in stead of the Corn Flour
The Salt and MSG I switched and the reasoning for that is CHS ONLY used 35g MSG per 10 LBS of Flour
My Numbers Have increased your Lower Spices under the White and Black Pepper BUT it will give more Depth in the Flavor, because of the increase of Spices and Herbs you may want to Start with a Lower % value of Seasoning to the Flour and even experiment with the Salt and MSG
ALL ONLY MY SUGGESTION

The government of India took KFC to Court because they found OR to be 2.8% by weight MSG. If that includes the chicken meat itself, then that's a lot of MSG.
Credit for discovering the 2.8% MSG goes to someone on the other forum, and not me.

This is real low less than 1% I ONLY know what he used in 1955ish and it was a lower amount then what is used by NEW AGE KFC I ONLY try and reference the ORIGINAL KFC if you are more interested in the NEW AGE KFC. I try and stay away from that side of things as for KFC NEW AGE USING almost 3% MSG its true that started with the LOWER the SALT intake crazy a long time ago and the 3% MSG does NOT include I&G

The ONLY thing that who every posted about India MSG is they FAILED to say that it was a 1990's issue and the MSG amounts had to do with MSG in the chicken Brine combined with the Hot and Spicy KFC blend when combining ALL MSG added up went OVER the 2.8 allowed percentage.
There was NO issue with the regular other items BUT was limited items which Breached the amount
Yes other items were ALSO high in MSG BUT they did not go over the 2.8 Limit like the Hot and spicy KFC
AND India HOT and SPICY back then was so Salty it WAS NOT like a USA or UK or Canadian taste. WAY WAY WAY more salty I could NOT eat it

Most Laws Canada and USA suggest
a typical serving of a food with added MSG contains less than 0.5 grams of MSG.
Consuming more than 3 grams of MSG without food at one time is unlikely.
5 mL (5 mL is equivalent to one teaspoon) per kilogram of food or 2 mL per six servings of vegetables.

I think the lowest MSG would have ever been would be 1.5% of flour.
