Everyone needs to understand and follow this Detail of events
C.H.S. and K.K.C. were in a Lawsuit over K.F.C. New Age Changing the Recipe.
The Lawsuit which was in 1972/1973 with C.H.S. (Plaintiff) vs Heublein's Inc (Defendant) when C.H.S. sue them for Misuse of the Original Contract and other allegations
Heublein's Inc In 1975 Countersuit C.H.S. (Defendant by Countersuit) v.s. Heublein's ( Plaintiff by countersuit) 1975 and Bowling Alley.
There was No-Competition Clause in the Original Contract WHY because C.H.S. retained U.S.A. Canada, Montana, Florida, and the U.K. there COULD NOT BE A NO compition clause when you retain Franchises with-in the Franchise. It would BE A IMPOSSIBLE CONTRACT to navigate with a NO COMPITION CLAUSE. 0There was a Contract Agreement that NEW AGE Brown and Massey agreed to that the Original Formula could NOT be Changed
C.H.S. Proved that Heublein's Changes the Formula NOT Brown and Massey ?
Are you following the REAL TIME FRAME
C.H.S. Hated Massey But remained Friends with Brown after the sale from Brown and Massey to Heublein's and Brown Settled the Lawsuit in 1978 for C.H.S. where Heublein's Paid C.H.S. 2 million Dollars in Damages
C.H.S was allowed to keep Claudia Sanders Dinner aka the Colonel lady.
Now this was the same Time that Marion kay was Mixing spices for C.H.S. FOR USE FOR HIS retained Franchises in U.S.A., Canada, Montana, Florida, U.K. IT WAS NOT NOT NOT being sold to the other Franchises owned By Heublein's Inc. (There was a Request By Marion Kay to sell to the Other Franchises outside C.H.S. Control IT WAS DENIED BY Heublin's) see Court case Marion Kay v.s. K.F.C. NEW AGE Heublein's NOT Brown and Massey
YES I know the Chain of EVENTS. In reference to the Court cases.

Cinnamon is 1000% in the recipe and idc what anyone says. I don't even care if any OG tells me i'm wrong either because i know i am right. I have double proofs. Proof 1 = going to actual kfc when they had it the freshest i have ever had and it reeked of cinnamon in the cooking aroma for some strange reason
proof 2 = found a quora post by some girl saying she used to work in a kfc mixing the herbs/spices and one day there was an overwhelming cinnamon smell.

Don't tell Ellsworth! He crucified me for promoting cinnamon. What I never figured out was which cinnamon? Once I get my proportions worked out, I will get back to ingredient research.

I'm not as sure as everyone I guess. If cinnamon is there it's real low in the mix. And/or doesn't even exist today. I can taste cinnamon at low low levels and detect none today here in Canada in local KFC. As mentioned I have ruined 3 of my cooks with it. Mixing it into an "allspice" blend like Silver does to me would be the only way. It needs some pairings,

in the absence of Cinnamon
Mace and Allspice were used as a replacer for the missing cinnamon in the 1920's
