I don't know who . But why , maybe you have heard of the conspiracy theory . LOL . There is more ingredients written in Arabic there that was cut and not appear on the english and the vice versa . So the image is cut pretty good . In arabic in the same picture i can see :- In arabic :- MSG , ? pepper , celery , coriander , water cress , Cumin الكمون , Cinnamon , Ginger , saffron الزعفران , cardamom نبات الهيل In English :- MSG , Celery seed , Coriander , WATER , Hot pepper , cinnamon , ginger , Vanilla , Salt , Garlic powder The person who published this in arabic said the ingredients that were cut off [Not shown in photo] but on the same bag :- fennel , caraway , mustard , basil , anise seed , paprika .

Since their food is somewhat Kosher, I was thinking that maybe, for dietary reasons, the ingredients had to be listed. But these are too much.

no , they only need to list the non kosher ingredient if it was there . and that is only when there is an extract from pig .

The coincidence got me to talk with someone in UK . Who said he talked with a very very close member of sander's family . And , he said he negotiated with him and got the secret herb and spices and also the way the colonel prepare and cook his chicken .
The only way he approved to talk to me is when i told him i know the secret too . He didn't believe so i had to give an evidence but without given an evidence lol "because he might be lying" and the result?
Except for the savory and red pepper . There IS Savory and some kind of red pepper in THE O.R.! but its half the amount or less of sage . and he dissaproved me in the red pepper too . He said there is red pepper but we wouldn't tell me which .
There is many kinds of red pepper : Ancho pepper , flakes , paprika , cayenne , etc ..
so the story of sage and savory is true it was colonel favorite . However , KFC after 1964 didn't use savory and substituted it with other herb or maybe spice? .
So my research of savory was not completely wrong because KFC really aren't using savory now . and u need to pressure frying to let the chicken absorb the herbs .
However herbs is only the top of the caking .and they are not the 11th

batelmagdie, if you have found the OR, then why are you still postulating?

batelmagdie, if you have found the OR, then why are you still postulating? I Found the O.R. Ingredients 100% . The measurements / Ratios is another topic . for instance the amount of black pepper to the other herbs and spices . The amount of the herbs . Etc .. But no any recipe got all the ingredients right . Or even close . Only very very few recipes got most of ingredients right but way off in measurements . so this needs alot of experimentation . But one can guess the amounts after the tons of recipes i watched because this is the guidance . And when u crack the ingredients you will know you have to be very accurate of the ratios . By very accurate i mean . at least every ingredient should be in the same order of weight in the spice mix . So if in Colonel's original recipe for instance . Savory is more than sage . Then , at least i should develop a recipe that put every ingredient in their order .

I made good mixes using the 1970s seasoning bag ingredients listings. The heaviest go first, and if equal in weight, then the ingredients are listed alphabetically.
This is how they are listed (excluding the 25 lb seasoned flour bags, one of which includes modified food starch and dextrose):
MSG White pepper Black pepper Herbs and spices (later, garlic is added at end)
From this, msg is heaviest. White pepper can equal msg, or be less. Black pepper must be lighter than white pepper. Herbs and spices, not named, must be no more than 50% as a trade secret. At least 50% of all ingredients must be specifically listed.
This is my formula, and has been the basis of many good recipes. It is either 34% msg/33% (Wh + Bl pepper)/ 33% herbs and spices, or 25/25/25/25. CHS complained about the lack of Jamaican ginger, so they added 4 oz to the seasoning bag (if 26oz = 15%: if 32oz = 13%).
All of my research has been basically math, and taste.

But I must admit that this was the Corporation's creations. What CHS actually did is still a mystery.

CHS complained about the lack of Jamaican ginger, so they added 4 oz to the seasoning bag (if 26oz = 15%: if 32oz = 13%). I thought CHS said "The ginger's wrong; they're using domestic ginger. They're not using imported Jamaican ginger"... and then they added four ounces of Jamaican ginger, instead of just adjusting the ginger...? or did the removed the domestic ginger and then added 4oz Jamaican ginger? Little confusing...

If my recipe is correct, then there already was ginger in the Sexton's to figure into the formula.
My latest take on the 11 Vials;
A - Grated Jamaican ginger B - Oregano C - Allspice D - Sexton's E - Paprika F - Mustard G - Garlic salt H - Celery (seed or salt?) I - Basil J - Nutmeg K - Crushed pepper corns
