Thank you so much smallgree. Really appreciate the information. Could not wait on Tillicherry pepper and Jamaican ginger to get here so I am making 11 Hs & Ss-2 today with regular black pepper and McCormick ginger. Have chicken in brine now and can't wait to see how this turns out. I am frying in an eight quart pressure cooker. Will let you know how it turns out. Thanks again for all the information.

Hey smallgree, made your recipe last night and it is really good. In fact, my wife told me it's the best Ive ever made, and we've been married 30 years so that speaks volumes. I didn't really taste KFC but as noted before i didn't have all the correct ingredients. Also don't have a scale that weighs in grams so some of my measurements could be off as well. At any rate thanks for the recipe. Will be trying 1-3-20-A next time.
As an aside I purchased some KFC extra tasty crispy seasoning on Ebay. This came from a KFC store somewhere. The bag weighs 20.7 ounces and it says to mix with 25 pounds of flour. All I can really taste is salt, pepper and msg. Have deep fried chicken with it and it taste good but not like original recipe. Plan to use it and try it pressure fried just to see if there is any difference in flavor. Thanks again.

A cursive view of history shows incidents where the Heavens opened up and inspiration poured out. I have had that recently and am re-evaluating all of the research I've seen.
I always thought that people wrongly took pre-selected ingredients and tried to "fit them into the vials", rather than blindly taking the vials and identifying what was observed in them.
I recently discovered that Vial A is not a seasoning that has been previously opined. Also, Vial K is not a pepper corn of any kind. It all started to fall together after that.
What I am going to do now is identify the misinformation that has been disseminated in the past, and by whom. I've always said if you identify what the "false" guides have attempted to lead us away from, then the OR can be discovered.
I read on the internet yesterday one of my early recipes. I will be more frugal in the future.
