The excitement to add Garlic has led to this proposed alteration to my recipe #4. It adds a gram of Garlic Powder, plus it takes the liberty to swap out Chili Powder for my new mix of Dried Red & Green Bell Pepper Flakes plus a pinch of Cayenne.

I've noticed that the 'note' diminishes overnight in the refrigerator for my recipes to a much higher degree than for KFC_OR. Might Garlic Powder offer benefit in this regard as well? Yes, garlic powder is key here. I am more than confident with the amount. It is the highest after the peppers within the 11 for me. You can go up to 1 g per 100 g of flour trust me. I went 1.5 g per 100 g and it was still great. I think this is what most people miss. Garlic is not an aromatic spice you must be afraid of. It intensifies your h&s. Garlic is your friend.

Serving temperature is an important factor in the perception of taste and smell, too. But I am sure you were referring to reheated chicken...?

I noticed where Marion-Kay actually sells 99-X with Garlic added under the product name 'Garlicy Chicken'. I quote:
Edit: It must have a lot of garlic in it, as the ingredient list is as follows:

I'm reading between the lines here, but if M-K's "Garlicy Chicken" is claimed to be "more GARLICLY", then this infers that 99-X also contains Garlic. Otherwise they would just say that it is 99-X with garlic added. It can only be more garlicy if 99-X has garlic to begin with.

Does anybody actually believe, that after years of research by multiple forums, and blogs, that the Canadian and Grace's ingredient lists presented by Glen contain only MSG and nothing else except the exact ingredients for Sexton Poultry Seasoning, which we all have known for years? And the only substantiation has come from hearsay statements that none have been privy to, nor has ever been written down, or seen in print anywhere? I have the ingredients for the vials figured out, but since Grace's has preoccupied attention, I have no audience to reveal my findings to.
Is it true that nobody has ever cooked with Sexton's, msg, pepper and salt before? Just proves that most on these forums never ate pre-Corporate KFC.
