On the Bag listed ingredients Relish is listed and this has open a Question from me as to a explanation of the Relish Again. Read the thoughts? thread. Then ask your translator to translate the Arabic into English as close as they can. As I posted. I took the high res cleaned up photo DutchGuy shared. Plus the couple other cut from that video. Then took a photo editor and chunked it apart running the photos through a translator AI. I had real good success. But learned you can't run what I would assume is a single Arabic word via the editor in most cases. It seemed to work better in pairs and sometime 3 words. Except for the creases in the bag. I got most of them translated. Or they appeared to. And they don't match 100% to the English translation. Anyway most of the details are in that thread. Eastfrisian gave me a reason as to why you can't just split the words up. Something to do with where the "and" is. And I did find "and" between ingredients. ALSO, they are not in the same order as the English for sure.
Here is an example, cut of a phrase and how it translates. Notice "corona" if you then split that phrase apart. AI determines "corona" to be caraway. Which makes more sense. It took considerable amount of time to do this. And there were only a few words which didn't make sense. But they where the same or close to the English ones that didn't make sense. What's needed is a person that could also look at both the English on the package and the AI translation and confirm either way.
Sage, Turmeric seemingly there in Arabic. Not in the printed English are examples. And Paprika can't be translated but instead Pepper was. Subsequently someone posted how close they are and how it could be confusing to someone or something translating.

From looking at it and various other folks posting. My best "guess" at the ingredient list would be. And in no weighted order.
[pepper , star anise, basil, caraway, cardamom, celery, coriander, water grass (arugula), cumin, dill, mustard, hot pepper, cinnamon, ginger, sage, vanilla, salt, garlic powder, fennel, Turmeric]
I kept getting Arugula in place of water grass. Which others translated to water cress. Google search shows a relationship. So what that really is or should be is up for grabs.

If and I mean if this was anything close to the ingredients. I would expect the recipe to look something like this old one I found on the internet.
Bulk KFC Original Recipe Seasoning (food) Base Mixture
2⁄3 c nonfat dry milk powder 9 T fine sea salt 4 T Accent seasoning (opt) 4 T egg white powder (can sub cornstarch)
11 Secret Herbs and Spices
6 T fresh ground tellicherry black pepper 4 1/2 T Barbecue Seasoning (use the recipe provided below) 3 T ground sage 2 T ground coriander 2 T ground ginger 1 T ground savory 1 1/2 t crushed basil 1 1/2 t ground cloves 1 1/2 t ground nutmeg 1 1/2 t ground vanilla beans 3/4 t ground cardamom
Mix together well.
Barbecue Seasoning
2 T smoked paprika 1 T celery salt 1 1/2 t garlic salt 1 1/2 t onion salt 1 1/2 t ground cumin 1 1/2 t sweet paprika 1 1/2 t crushed parsley 1 1/2 t ground turmeric 3/4 t cayenne pepper
Measure the Base Mixture and 11 Secret Herbs and Spices into a large re-sealable container (this includes the prepared Barbecue Seasoning recipe). Break up any clumps (and dry milk powder) using the back of a spoon. Seal the container. Shake container to mix well. Store container sealed and store in a cool dry place. When ready to use, measure 1/2 level c of this mix plus 2 c unbleached breading flour into a large re-sealable container. Seal the container with flour and seasoning; Shake well until thoroughly combined.

Why does the Dukkah/Relish (Egyptian Nut Relish) element of nuttiness in Egyptian KFC OR not surprise me at all?
Answer: Because I've been promoting a certain nuttiness character as the secret of KFC OR for quite some time now.

NOTE: There are loads of Dukkah recipes listed on the web, and all of them are different. Determining the best one for this application is not going to be an easy task.

Trivia: Multiply all of the above ingredients by 11.34 and it scales to precisely 5 Lbs. of flour. The numeral 11.34 pops up rather regularly within KFC circles outside of the USA. Metric circles...

NOTE: There are loads of Dukkah recipes listed on the web, and all of them are different. Determining the best one for this application is not going to be an easy task. Another nut relish (Dukkah) recipe. This one speaks more to suitability to the task at hand.
Ingredients
¼ cup pine nuts ½ cup hazelnuts 1 tablespoon cumin seeds 1 tablespoon coriander seeds ½ teaspoon thyme ½ cup shelled roasted pistachios 3 tablespoons sesame seeds 1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. On a lined cookie sheet (use a silpat or parchment), sprinkle the pine nuts, hazelnuts, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, and thyme. Bake for 8 minutes or until the hazelnuts are dark brown. In a high-speed blender or food processor, blitz the nuts and seeds for 30 seconds or until they are combined but still have texture. Combine the blended nuts with the sesame seeds, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Stir to combine and store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 3 months.
