It's not the specific ingredients that necessarily matter, but rather it's the oils contained within the ingredients that matter. I agree. It’s possible that Egypt sourced local ingredients that fit the oil profile of the KFC OR. Silver, you had previously done a lot of great work on the oils, ie. Eugenol. Were you able to replicate the flavor by just using the oils? I think a couple of my recipes have rather well replicated the flavor, but I've never attempted to use extractive oils. Only regular H&S's.

This bag dates back to 2020, just for your information. The full ingredient list and more info have been posted on a minor KFC forum.
Another image of an earlier Egyptian seasoning bag was discussed on this forum a couple of years ago.

My earlier "What looks to be something like 'Amamias Seed'", is actually "Ananias Seed".
My earlier "Something that almost looks like 'Rittim'", is actually "Relish".
Complete updated ingredient list (presumably in descending order by weight): MSG Paprika [1] Ananias? Seed? [2] Basil [3] Celery Seed [4] Coriander [5] Water Grass (Nutsedge?) [6] Cumin [7] Dill (as Seed?) [8] Relish (who knows what kind) [9] Mustard (what kind?) [10] Hot Pepper (what kind(s))? [11] Cinnamon [11] Ginger [12] Cardamom [13] Vanilla [14] Salt [15] Garlic Powder [16]
No clove, no nutmeg, no mace, no allspice, no anise seed, no star-anise, no sage, no savory, no thyme, no marjoram, no oregano, no rosemary, no black pepper?, no white pepper?, etc...
Very strange indeed!!! And so much for 11 H&S...

My thoughts were cumin not “limin” .?.? Just a guess. Bingo! I'm all in for that being the correct answer. Thank you! I corrected my post above...

The seasoning bag as seen in the video is 32 ounce, and (also as seen in the video) the Milk, Whey, And Egg Whites bag is 12 ounce.
For 200 grams of flour that scales to: 16 grams of Seasoning Mix 6 grams of Milk, Whey, and Egg White
On another forum I believe that an Australian bag had the Milk, Whey, and Egg Whites powders broken down roughly (from memory) as follows:'' Not less than 48% Non Fat Milk Powder Not less than 46% Whey (Protein) Powder Not less than 3% Egg Whites Powder
My wild guess initial full scale suggestion: ---------------------------------------------------------
170 grams Non Fat Milk Powder 160 grams Whey Protein Powder (unflavored, or possibly vanilla flavored?) 11 grams Egg Whites Powder
So for 200 grams of flour, roughly: ------------------------------------------------
3.0 grams Non Fat Milk Powder 2.8 grams Whey Protein Powder (unflavored, or possibly vanilla flavored?) 0.2 grams Egg Whites Powder
These values should be close enough.

What on earth is Ananias Seed? Am I misreading this one?
