That chef is making basic fried chicken on a whim. He is not making perfected fried chicken that he spent over 10 years perfecting like C.H.S did. Sanders who was making fried chicken to sell would not have used that much paprika because he would of known it ruins the oil too quickly and colour of the chicken. Colonel Sanders would of wanted his chicken consistently looking golden brown, not dark coloured. You, by your own standards and definiton, don't have a clue about basic cookery. You should not be judging michelin star chefs. And why again should I believe a word you're saying anyway, since you admitted to work against us? You are finished. |

Funny you still going on about this "basic cookery" thing i said months ago. You don't have to believe anything i say, you should make your own opinion at end of the day and not rely on what others say. I simply give my opinion on the recipe. Ironic you say " work against us" when you yourself only a few days said how "i am so glad i have not shared my recipe" meaning you have a recipe and keeping it secret? So you are allowed to keep your recipe secret, and i am not? double standard? |

So you are allowed to keep your recipe secret, and i am not? double standard? You got it wrong. I said recipe s. Not a single recipe as in I claim to have cracked the OR and won't share it. Like you guys. Also, I have never held back any ingredient or info and discussed everything openly. And spent time on illustrations etc. that might be helpful. Unlike you guys. And if you thoroughly search my history, you will even find exact ratios and measurements for particular items that I've shared. I don't belong to them parasites. Have a great one. |
