I will say this that BOTH FDA and CFIA Both state that Celery, Onion, Garlic ARE NOT LIST as Spices or Herbs If that is true then Non of those can be in the Vials What about celery seeds? |

IF KFC was caught with a Fraudulent Statement Listing it Falsely it is a Serious Offence.
There would have to be a Complaint to kick in the investigation BUT they could not have Celery, Garlic, Onion listed as Spice of Herb.
The FDA has laid Major Fines for mis-labeling the items before it is a SERIOUS OFFENSE BUT only on a complaint.

TAKE THE HINT: Celery, Garlic, Onion are NOT in the 11 Spices and Herbs they are a EXTRA
just because KFC says there are 11 secret Herbs and Spices it DOES NOT MEAN that is ALL that is in the BAGS THE SEASONING IS NOT CALLED 11 Spices and Herbs is Call Colonel Sander Original Seasoning

Celery and Onion are not listed secret recipe ingredients. And I believe (subject to correction) that the very latest 'bag' doesn't list Garlic either... deepfriednew101 , what do you think is in each vial? |

I believe that it was @11serbs who acutely observed that FDA and/or CIFA definitions as to what constitutes an official herb or spice (or what doesn't) would not have had any relevance as to what CHS himself considered to be an Herb or a Spice back in 1939.

East Friesian Has NO CLUE as to the FDA or CFIA.
I Deal with them monthly and have for 40 years. Importing Spices and Herbs.
Celery, Garlic, Onions ARE NOT a Spice or a Herbs and Have NOT been classifies under BOTH FDA or CFIA
Do Research and read the Major Court Case in 1930 where the Fines were MAJOR for Mis-labeling items and defined the WORDS of Celery, Garlic, Onion
WHY DO YOU THINK ON CURRENT Ingredients lists for NEW AGE KFC it shows Onion, Garlic ? ? ?
