It was relayed to a third part So Hearsay rule applies
K.F.C. has stated the Vials contain the Spices and Herbs
The perfect Blend is by association of photo implication which is what taco bell is faced with Law suit ( Legal parameters typically post Photo is a exampla and NOT true representation when it is NOT the actual Picture)

Probably. Waste of time, as they are all mostly pepper, msg, salt and a powder.

I am not sure I understand what you are saying. Grace's sell different flour blends and the picture you posted does not claim to be an actual illustration of those spices. It would be a different matter if it said it was or if this photo was printed on the packaging. That would be deceiving the consumer. There are a total of 3 illustrations of herbs and spices on that same page btw. One is blurred in the background. You are applying US laws and rules. Ireland is in the EU. But I was expecting a more precise answer from you since you asked Karl particularly about this matter, correct? Aug 6, 2021 at 6:28pm "send Grace Blends a message and ask the question (...) Karl has some honor in what he does and would answer if it was a stock photo or was it a actual photo of the spices used. If they Do not reply I would guess they would update the Photo with words to suggest its only a stock photo." We have discussed this before. I was the one who shared this first. The 12 herbs and spices do no match with what was given to Glen. So when you claim the photo is legit, then Glen's ingredients aren't. kfc.boards.net/thread/178/graces-perfect-blend

It sounds more like you were asking us to message him back then.
