I pulled up stock photos of 40 Ounce, 32 Ounce, and 26 Ounce KFC Seasoning bags, and this is what I found. Images are at the bottom. What can we learn from this?
1) KFC 40 Ounce Bag ------------------------------ Herbs and Spices MSG Salt Garlic Powder
2) KFC 32 Ounce Bag ------------------------------ MSG Herbs and Spices Salt Garlic Powder
3) KFC 26 Ounce Bag ------------------------------ MSG Spices Herbs Salt
PS: That's not a to typo on the 26 ounce bag. It does not list Garlic.

Please Investigate
If the Placement of the Salt, and M.S.G. lit matter as they are mandatory requirement listed items
The law says they MUST be listed BUT DOES NOT specify in some countries where it has to be lists in a Priority sequence or if it MATTERS ?
ALL other items must be listed in the Proper Highest used to Lowest Used

I'm going to go out on a limb and speculate that the MSG is present at the exact same weight within each bag.
I'm going to further speculate that all three of these bags are intended to be added to 25 Lbs. (11.34 Kg.) of Flour.
And lastly, I'm going to speculate that the intent is to arrive at 'nominally' the same end product for each.

If MSG and Salt were constants. Makes it clear real H&S were reduced

I agree that M.S.G. would be the same amount AND CANNOT BE OVER 3% of the weight of the Bag or something like that amount
DOES Many countries NOT regulate a MAX amount of the M.S.G. in a Pre-packed item for se in Restaurant use and Health requirement
so Does it matter where the M.S.G. is LIST in a Order sequence on a Label ? Is there a Certain amount Max limit M.S.G. can be ?

deepfriednew101, I recall you stating that CHS instructed MSG to be added at 1-1/2 TSP per TBSP of Salt. Does that hold for his Kentucky Fried Chicken?

Dates of bags? I can’t see them well but preliminarily -
Top one - if going by the extra crispy bag - would be no earlier than 1972 since extra crispy was introduced in 1972
Bottom bag is dated 2019
Middle bag - can’t see the date but it mentions the Stange flavor division

The volume of M.S.G. was what was advertised to use By M.S.G. Manufacture Process and was printed as there intended use. It was what C.H.S. was using as the base levels in use. I Did post the charts they suggested for use in the Past which indicated 50% M.S.G. to Salt ratio in areas 1.5 tsp M.S.G. = 1/2 of 1 Tablespoon being 3 tsp of Salt. I would have to find the posting breakdown from previous posted to match the comment. I also Posted many Accent Tin which show use amount

One thing for certain is that those hung up on all bags being 26 ounce bags are missing the boat.

Also a NOTE that when M.S.G. was being Branded under other Brand Names some recipe amounts Varied for the USE.
