There are ones who have a Lawful reason why they can't disclose things and People ALL Freak-out about it, Then there are people who have a democratic reason to be wrong with what they Do or NOT Do.
in either even some will respect your position and other will Piss and Moan about it?
Congratulations if you hit the 11 Spice and Herb jack pot.
Can wait till your creation is ON on Wal-Mart Shelves, Until then the Dwafts need to get back to work?

If you gave CHS your word, fair enough. Respect that. If it is about the Corp, I would only understand it if you were a franchisee, supplier etc. If you are a regular guy sharing a recipe with someone else it cannot be considered a criminal act. Going commercial and making claims wrt the OR is a different thing. Let say though you publish your recipe here. Now what? KFC will hack the forum, track your IP, find out your name and sue you for posting a recipe you claim to be the OR that no one except the corp themselves could confirm? Of a recipe that was used 50 years ago and had been replaced by extracts and chemicals? Maybe I'm just too stupid to understand US law. Or too European. Or both. And why would you quote the fired guy story? What are you trying to tell us?

Calvin k released the Items of KFC and NEVER went after him KFC HAS NEVER SAID A WORD about this action. Puzzling as on every other time there was released things like this KFC rebuts the Posting recipe ETC ETC.
Calvin K would have had a NON DISCLOSURE as a employee.
KFC went nuts on Abdool G Spice employee who took multiple recipes then also stated Tarragon was a spice in the Chicken and was trying to sell the Recipe on-line before he disappeared never caught
There is a OLD Saying sometimes when there is something to right that will attract attention remain silent and it goes away ?

It was all just a wild guess. Absolutely! Clearly the average Joe/Josette employee at any KFC franchise has zero access to the recipe. Even franchise owners and managers have no clue.

You would have to think whatever CHS tossed in 2 handfuls of. Had to be something he had confidence in NOT ruining the whole batch. A lot of people think MSG, (could be it). As it would be a safe bet. If it was truly an 11th H&S. Even if these folks hadn't ate his chicken before. He is not going to take too much of a risk and ruin it. So I'd think something we knew paired well with chicken anyway. Or, something he had used before in other recipes he made and understood the potential.

Flg FROM our Lifetime of Investigation and Research of CHS which includes MANY personal times with CHS and Claudia in Canada.
I must State this It was NOT the 11th Spice or Herb it was a extra ELEMENT which is what CHS spoke many times about in reference to Cumberland Lake.
CHS CLEARLEY state he had already had the 11 Spices and Herbs developed in 1939 17 years earlier then the 2 handful even added to His already seasoned Flour.
CHS clearly told Reporters that He had a 500 Piece Chicken Order for Noe it might have been spelled Noel ? who owned the Boat Dock Launch & Arrival area near the Larger Boat Turn around for the Ferry Boats which stated to Charter Groups of People. CHS was 3 miles from the Boat Launch.
We will not look for another another Spice or Herb as it Does NOT fit into the time line or words CHS had Spoke in Canada.
There are some incorrect articles which say it was the 11th Spice or Herb That would NOT fit the 1000's of Posters and items Printed by KFC NEW AGE which says the Original Herbs and Spices since 1939. CUMBERLAND LAKE was NOT Open until the 1950's By the Cor of Engineers who built the Cumberland Lake.
This is ONLY my View and others who have researched it say the same ?
MSG added at the Cumberland Lake time period!

I agree, and have maintained that view for a long time. I think he threw in Aromat (not just theorizing here), and when he and Pete got together, realized that they could not use it, legally, so boiled it down to msg. MSG was not available, retail, until 1952. The only place I found msg utilized prior to 1952 was in Chinese restaurants in New York and California.

Smallgree You are correct with the 1952 Era But we have found Campbells Kraft and Kellogg were using it in the 1930's to 1940's Heavy in Soup Mix and some Dressing Mixes Kraft was using it in Mac and Chees Boxes from Day 1 also Plus other items Every Research done and when inquired to Aji-No-Moto They indicated MSG was re introduced into the USA market in 1949 and Ac'cent was repackaging it in 1951. They were in the USA in the 1930 Also and discontinue War Time Era or before the War Time. We have collected Original MSG Items back to 1930 Old Tins, and Advertising Items. Aji-No-Moto printed Cook Books also there were Photo's supplied of the Cargo ships in 1949 Delivering Barrels of MSG At 1 Point I had sent them to Ken's Web Site with the old Advertising

MSG was not available, retail, until 1952. The only place I found msg utilized prior to 1952 was in Chinese restaurants in New York and California. I think it was earlier, per my research. Zest and Spice islands both had products in print advertisements a few years earlier. www.vintagepaperads.com/1950-Zest-MSG-Ad--Magic-new-way-to-revive-fresh-cooked-flavor-in-left-overs_p_187920.htmlwww.ebay.com/itm/2248449345771946 Dai-Nippon Chemical Co. changes name to Ajinomoto Co., Inc. 1947 Ajo-No-Moto resumes shipping MSG to United States 1948 (Dec.)– Business Week (magazine) features A.E. “Gus” Staley, Jr. on the cover. Part of the story notes that Staley is one of America’s four major makers of monosodium glutamate, a flavor enhancer, which is sold under the brand-name Zest (Staley Journal. 1948. Dec., p. 16, 24). 1949 “Out of Kentucky Kitchens” cookbook by Marion Flexner enthuses about gourmet powder aka MSG Mei Yen (MSG, salt, sugar, dextrose) and MSG are both listed in these these 1950 spice island pamphlets booklets which appear retail oriented mei yen first use anywhere date from the trademark was Monday, February 10, 1947 www.etsy.com/listing/848808683/vintage-1950s-spice-islands-company?show_sold_out_detail=1&ref=nla_listing_detailsNoe’s dock was on the mouth of the Laurel river, where it meets the Cumberland, North of Corbin and would align with a 2 handfuls event in late 1950, just after the dam was completed in November, and before he met Pete, which coincides with the claimed first use of the word mark Kentucky Fried Chicken in Dec. 1950 registration 815167 serial 72209170. There is also a 1950 July date for goods and services Kentucky fried chicken serial 72249774. Either could be associated. Note that CHS says river and mentions Noe’s dock, whcih I found on old maps and post cards. The mistake prone biographer says lake. I agree they had to rework the recipe. There was too long a lag between meeting Pete and the next US franchisee - about 2 years. After 18 months they cranked up 3500 brochures and went to the convention.
