REVIEW of Ruffles KFC chips.
We purchased Multiple High Priced Ruffles KFC Chips from a Walmart.
We gave chips in a Bowl to customers and asked them to try the Chips and explain the taste.
out of approximately 50 people tasting the chips ONLY 2 Guessed KFC New chips ONLY because they heard that KFC was putting chips out.
Person Review - My Dog would not eat it (Not a Joke) I have used Potato Chips 1 or 2 as a treat with my Dog (which was OK by a Vet Prior to giving the Dog a potato chip treat)
My Taste evaluation from different bags of chips - You must rotate the Potato chip bag so the Spice and Herb seasoning which has fell and rubbed off the chips attach to the chips or empty the Chips in a Bowl and sprinkle the residual from the Bag over the chips as the Flavor goes to the BOTTOM of the Bag. To get the pepper taste.
From testing 40 to 50 different individual chips from different Bags VERY DISAPPOINTED way off the MARK NOT even close to the KFC. Prediction this Flavor will be DROPPED BY RUFFLES after they Make millions with the Advertisement paid off. OUT of 40 to 50 people tasting ONLY 4 said they were Purchase it. 30 said they would NEVER buy it after a first taste.
we are going to Do another test and purchase 10 Bags from different locations.
We will test Crushed KFC chips with Flour BUT NOT EXPECTING A Miracle. The only benefit will be like Snoop Dogs recipe of using potato chips crushed added to Flour it was great fried chicken with Ripple chips.
I think ANYONE mixing there OWN 11 Spices and Herbs would be better off sprinkling there spice over ripple chips and you would get more flavor then The ruffles, of mixing your spice mix into sour cream and make a 11 Spice and Herb Dip
I will wait for other reviews on here BUT until then I would say the Ruffles are a 2 out of 10 Rating and the 2 is higher then it deserves.
We will do another test to be fair.

We have Lay's KFC flavoured chips/crisps here in the Netherlands and Germany. They are not bad, taste peppery. Zero note or chicken flavour though. Just like modern KFC.  |

We have mixed copy cat 11 Spice and Herbs and made a Chip Dip 11 Spice and Herbs and its 1000 Times better then the Ruffles Chips

or
Sour Cream and Cream Cheese mixed with you own 11 Spices and Herbs

I finally grabbed 2 bags of these. So let's see. I have heard tastes like all dressed or the old roasted chicken chips. Worth giving them a quick try.

We have Tried KFC chips on two Occasions with Guest and samplers
The second Time NO one Guessed they were KFC NOT one person and we had 20 People test them. The majority also said they Did NOT like the Flavor?
I Will not test them again until the Price Drops from $4.35 a Bag to a reasonable Price.
The Pringles Pizza chips tasted More Like KFC then the Ruffles KFC chips

Finally gave them a go. They taste nothing like KFC. Not a bad tasting chip. Just not KFC. To me they taste like a combination of a lightly dusted sour cream and onion/chives chip with a light dusting of pepper.
It also feels like you get 3/4 of a regular bag of Ruffles for your $4CDN
