The Extracts NEED to be a Oil Base as they hold the Most residual flavor when Cooked and especially Deep Fried
If you don't have oil extract it can be made at Home from Real Herbs and Vegetables
What many are NOT understanding is the Oil that is continually used in a KFC NEW AGE or even C.H.S fried so much Chicken the Oil is infused with the Flavor of Fried chicken and creates the Aroma. The release of the Juices from the Chicken season the Oil, and The Spices and Herbs that are release making the Dripping slurry that was used for Gravy
This is Proven By C.H.S. OWN words HE ONLY Fried Chicken in His Fat He never used that Fat for cooking Fish or Potatoes He knew that Flavor would permenate the chicken Also cooking ONLY 1 item in a Oil also Preserves it longer for continual use.

11 spices – mix with 2 cups of white flour…”
* (2/3 teaspoons of salt) 1/2 teaspoons of thyme 1/2 teaspoons of basil 1/3 teaspoons of oregano 1 teaspoon of celery salt 1 teaspoon of black pepper 1 teaspoon of dried mustard 4 teaspoons of paprika 2 teaspoons of garlic salt 1 teaspoon of ground ginger 3 teaspoons of white pepper
* S age ------------ 2/3 tsp A llspice -------- 2/3 tsp L aurel bay leaf - 2/3 tsp T arragon -------- 2/3 tsp

One and 3/4 tsp msg, and 40g of finely ground table salt. Grind everything together, except the black pepper and salt. Save the salt for the flour when you cook. Add the black pepper to the ground remainder of ingredients. Let meld for several days. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
I'm showing the progress of my experimentation, from F-16, F&G-26+, the alphabet recipe (Nigella helped me get to the K, which had me stumped), the Ledington recipe, the multiples recipe, and finally to the "mixes" recipe. My chili ingredients have been so mixed up, I don't think anyone could discern them. Just try them yourself and decide.
I've said after every recipe I've come up with, "too much". You can't drown out the chicken, and particularly, you shouldn't have to add chicken flavor independently.

I mixed that Ledington's variation posted above. It is completely different from what I've done before. Tastes pretty darn good. I had a dream last night that I somehow stumbled onto the OR, which had been leaked to confuse, and these forums imploded. Or was it heads that imploded? LOL.

KFC NEW AGE Has Gone Hog wild any sniff of a Real Recipe release example Tommy & Cherry S., The times recipes were stolen from Spice Company the New Age went and Got Court Orders to Get the Documents.
If It gets released on A forum is NEW AGE going to try and shut down a site or Just deny the recipe ?

The incidents you have listed resulted from information received from "legally bound" entities. The Settles recipe supposedly was work product from CHS, and thus KFC. Any recipe stolen from a company contracted to possess it is just pure theft of a legal document owned by KFC. My recipe, for example, is my work product modified from a recipe that was posted on the public square, a recipe that was denied by KFC, which means they have no legal right to it. Even if it were the OR, I developed it on my own without any information received from KFC, or anyone under contract by them.

What about any legal ramifications of just naming or mentioning a proposed recipe, KFC Original recipe, even if a recipe is unclaimed by the KFC organization? My thought is that there has to be always a qualifier like “copy” or “ near”(I haven’t seen if KFC has a copyright to KFC Or or KFC original recipe.)
Or just by claiming a recipe to smell or taste, etc. I think the claims made by KFC could die by a thousand cuts. DFN101, did the New Age KFC do any legal maneuver to the Ledington recipe (even though it fails the taste test)?

In this "response" interaction between the Chicago Tribune and KFC I see no outright denial of the Ledington recipe. Only obfuscation.
