Just finished reading mackerbryanee14's musings. Why are we prohibited from replying to these latest posts? Why?
As for the miraculous vial C, which combined with garlic creates the magical taste, why are experiments ongoing to figure out what it is? Shouldn't it be already known, particularly since it is claimed that the OR has been discovered? I am sitting in the middle of circled ruts after being led in circles. What the heck is Vial C, in this poster's view? Otherwise, I am leaving these ruts and headed on down the road.

smallgree I Do Not think there has been a clear answer to what Vial C is and there are multiple Guesses ?
I have seen Vanilla beans, Garlic Salt, Garlic powder, as a answer and 5 other guesses to Vial C
I Do not see the Garlic Salt turning that color

I'm presently knee deep into my Mexican food (or Tex-Mex, if you will). I made a taco seasoning using my chili ingredients. Da-n if it ain't delicious. I'm stuck behind a rock and a hardplace. With the peppercorns, this stuff would make some da-n tasty chicken. I've yet to try it, but I could eat this spice/herb mixture out of the jar with a spoon. Honestly, if you count chili peppers as one, then my blend of 5 would really kick ass. Give that a thought. Combos could also be multiples.

Long ago, on a forum I don't remember, maybe all of them, I explained about the time I took several bags of leftover seasoned flour and mixed them all together. Couldn't even guess which was which or what the dominant flavors were, but it was the KFC of old. Had to be "way more" than 11 different elements.
As these forums go, with liars, charlatans, ego hounds, lost souls, eager beavers, thieves, and true researchers, nobody paid any attention. So I took several phrases that are recorded about the OR and came up with a recipe, that is quite strong, and not tested yet. It will take awhile for me to jot all of this down, but I will lead off with these phrases (Sorry, but OU vs OSU play tonight at 8:30).
"his momma always said that sage and savory are good for chicken" "is white pepper and black pepper one element, or two?" "think in multiples, as in garlic salt, onion salt and celery salt" "....why are the two light vials side by side?" "....the msg, white pepper and black pepper are listed on the seasoning bags" "there are 6 herbs (but the vials show only three green vials" + "Ledington's only lists 3 herbs" "20 of this, 10 of that, 13 of this, leaving 57 of whatever."

There is more than 11 ingredients imo but definitely not like 25. Colonel Sanders was a smart man and would have had the recipe as simplified as he could of made it. 20+ herbss/spices would just make a mess of a recipe.

And one chili pepper can make good chili, but I use 5. Takes no special effort at all.
